I have only good things to say about Emily Jones, as this was a challenging task. The property is in Florida, with the title in my parents’ names. One deceased and the other in memory care in the Northeast. I’m in a third state out west, with Power of Attorney. She assured me she could handle the transfer all via secure email. We listed the property, and then two hurricanes hit the area. She suggested taking the property off the market until things settled down. Once we put it back on we closed in less than 70 days. The process with the title company was very easy via email and I had a check within a week. Emily knew the market and her pricing suggestions were on target. Definitely five stars.
