Great, knowledgable, and professional trainers and classes that take a holistic approach to fitness. I’ve tried many different gyms in the area and this one easily rose to the top! I mainly train w/ Nick, and he is amazing - highly recommend!

I am so glad that I found Emily and Empowered Athletics. I am a runner and needed to get back to strength training to resolve some hip and foot issues. Emily always challenges me and has put together a top notch program for me. I have gotten stronger and more mobile for sure. I also enjoy the classes too. If you are looking for a gym, I highly recommend Empowered Athletics.
