I like this place.fix up is going slowly but it's getting better every year. Rent has almost tripled for some and doubled for the rest since 2019. Blackstone owned.

We really enjoyed our first 3 years of living at this park while it was a family owned business. However, when the park was purchased by Treehouse Communities three years ago it became much less enjoyable. There used to be many full timers and group of seasonal guests that came back every year. There was a sense of community during the season when everyone was here. There were events and get togethers at the clubhouse along with many other on site activities throughout the season. Now most of them are not returning. Since Treehouse took over they have doubled the rates and did "improvements" that they claim justify the increased rates. They installed pavers around the pool deck which are already sinking in several places, some enough that it could cause serious injury by tripping on one. Instead of repairing them, their solution is to put little orange cones over them. They installed pavers on most of the RV lots without designing the proper drainage which has caused major flooding problems with even a moderate rain. They did partially replace the electrical grid in the park, but there are still 1/3rd of the RV lots on the old system which is always having voltage issues and outages. The clubhouse, bathrooms, and showers have been untouched. They are outdated, unmaintained, and not clean. There are a few residents that hoard garbage and full dog poop bags on their site for up to a week. This can make your stay feel like you just paid a premium to camp at the landfill. We once had a full dog poop bag from a neighbor float and settle on our pad during one of the moderate rains that flooded our lots because of the poor drainage. The last few times I used the pool, it had a thick layer of scum around it and the water had an odd tint and odor to it. The bathrooms and showers smelled disgusting and looked like they were not being cleaned. Somehow this park has a good review rating, while it's parent companies have ratings of 2.1 and 1.0. That could partly be because of employees leaving 5 star reviews for the park they work at. Like when park manager Dalton and his administrative assistant Meghan left 5 star ratings for the park they worked at, not only helping boost that parks rating, but it also helped them both get promoted soon afterwards. I sent an email to Treehouse to bring this to their attention. The response I received from the Senior Regional East Coast Manager, Rick, said that Treehouse does use the online reviews as one factor in promoting employees, and that he was aware of the reviews. When you have selfish, dishonest managers like this, it is no surprise why things have gone downhill at this park the last few years.

I will start with the RV Park looks fairly new. All sites are pavers conected by paved roads green grass all around. The pics on the website are current. Staff is helpful and nice. Office not open on weekends. There are a lot of perminent residents spread through out the park, some run down rigs. Nice mobile homes on East fence. Big rigs will have a little bit of a hard time mines 35ft.price Oct 21 $83 full hookups. By the way all hookups at the far end brings at least 30ft sewer hose and water hose.

My fiancé and I have been coming to Endless Summer to visit family for a few years. The park has declined drastically since our first visit. Our last visit was in July and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. There was a mop left in the corner of the women’s bathroom and smelled horrid. The pool had a slimy film across the top with pavers sinking on both sides of the pool ladder. While taking garbage to the trash facilities an aggressive dog got away from its owner and charged toward us but thankfully it did not get through the fence. The only positive thing I can say about this “resort” at this time is they have some amazing permanent residents.

The park is nice and quiet and our neighbors are friendly. The park is getting a lot of renovations and when it's finished I'm sure it's gonna be great!

Full time RVer.
Can't afford this location anymore.
Lot rent 1500$ per month plus now on top of the increase in monthly cost, you now have to pay for electric and water.

Just a neat place to stay. Nice clean pool. I t was a perfect place to stay following our tire blowout. Glad we had stayed there once before. Glad you approved of our Saturday night stay when you weren’t there to check us in.

The workers are very attentive and helpful. They are always willing to help with everything. The pool is always sparkling clean, the whole place looks very clean and beautiful. The atmosphere of the place in general is very cordial and calm.

The park was clean and convenient with nice pavered spaces. I usually enjoy woods & trees, but it was nice for a city location. No shade.

We just completed our 5th Winter season at Endless Summer and while they have a way to go, I have to offer Congratulations on what they have completed so far. The sites are looking better. The events put on by the owners were fantastic. I call the Manager, Administrator and Maintenance Engineer "The A Team" because they truly are beyond professional. Those 3 are absolutely the best thing Tree House Communities has going for it at this park. This season a new challenge was that many families with small children were in the park. There isn't anywhere for them to play, so keeping the many retirees and them from interfering with one another's enjoyment, had to be difficult.

Unfortunately the old deteriorated buildings housing laundry and pool area showers & washrooms, the terribly small, dated club house & a strange smelly building near the pool still haven't been dealt with. They've attempted to get permits to update them but the buildings just aren't worth it, so the county won't issue permits. It would be a lovely surprise if they tore them down and built proper new buildings. It would also be an answer to where to go in the event of hurricane or tornado. There aren't any substantial (masonry, brick, concrete, etc.) structures anywhere on the property.

All in all, they have a long way to go but I'm pleased with the progress.

On the downside, they did have a huge rate increase and doubled the storage rates so we can no longer justify keeping our 5th wheel there year round. We'll be back at least one more season to see what they accomplish in the off season and what direction they take next year.

To Meghan, Manning and Rob, keep up the awesome job! Thank you for all you do.

We stayed in a RV site and it was easy to get into. We stayed here in 2021 and it has come a long way from what it was. The upgrades to the sites with papers were very nice. The improvements to the pool area also well.done.we will definitely be back!

RV Park jammed with pads 4 feet of grass between you and your neighbor. Don't allow the staff to give you pad 110 or 111 it floods with 6'-8" of water when it rains.

Staff was nice lots of snow birds, grounds need to be policed up. Trash all over. We have a 44' rig gave us site 110 had to maneuver it on a tight driveway making a near 90 degree turn into the pad. Barely and I mean barely fit the F350 and our 2 Harley's on the driveway. Harley's ended up in the 8" of water after the thunderstorms. Not sure why I wasn't offered one of the driveways that are built on an angle sure would have made life a lot easier getting the trailer set. Needless to say I would recommend you find another park if space is available elsewhere.

Great park in the great location. Renovations to park are continuing. Renovations are transforming this park from B- to an A+ destination. Sites are tight but manageable. Staff was very helpful. Only negative was having to cut our 3 month stay back to two due to family medical issues. Looking forward to next winter!

Stayed at park for 2 nights in our motorhome. Sites are clean with pavers and include picnic table. Pool was clean also. We did not have a tow vehicle but it was no problem ordering Ubers to Celebration Park and 5th Ave. Would stay there again.

Nice place and friendly folk. Great pool and fun activities. Little crowded and hard to get in and out of spot and no picnic tables available for us week long visitors.

Friendly staff. This is an older place but they’re constantly upgrading, have regular parties with live entertainment and good clientele.

We are Fort Myers residents that were displaced from Hurricane Ian and had nowhere to go. Meghan was kind enough to find us a spot and work with us. They were in the midst of construction, but we had a safe and very nice stay with use of laundry and pool. Would highly recommend them!

Great place, easy access. The only drawback is that electricity, water, and sewer, are all located at back of each lot so you need to be able to reach behind your RV with all three.

We are new to camping, but I found this park on a last minute trip & they had availability. The office staff was very nice & helpful over the phone. The slip had a paved slab with picnic bench. Everything was clean. We only stayed the night, so we didn’t get to use their amenities, but saw the had laundry & showers. It was close to some good local restaurants/mall, Walmart etc within 10 minutes. Would definitely be back.
