My sister was so impressed with Dr. Diane Krieger’s assessment of her complex symptoms and the doctor’s excellent demeanor, that she recommended I go to her. I am very grateful that she did. Dr. Krieger is an exemplar doctor. She is extremely competent; her expertise comes across in her meticulous review of the medical files I brought her. She asks pertinent questions and truly listens to your answers; asks keen followup questions to arrive at the correct treatment plan for her patient. She does all this, while showing true compassion and a gracious personality which allows a patient to feel very comfortable. Her intelligence and caring nature makes her patients feel they are in the care of a competent doctor whose only interest is their good health. So happy I’m now in her care.

It is a rarity to find doctors and staff who are as educated, informed and up to date in their field as those who work in this practice. For the past 20 years I have worked with many doctors due to having been dx with cancer in my mid 30s. So I know a bit about what it means to not just have a good doctor but also staff that know what they are doing. I appreciate the honesty and transparency that is extended to me in this practice - I am kept informed and educated to make the best choices for myself. And when I am failing to do my part I also get told that - supportively yet directly. I am thriving post cancer, post thyroid, post all the stuff that comes with my health history and it is in large part due to doctors and staff such as those that work here. Morgan Richburg is absolutely fantastic. I can only recommend her. She listens and is so professional. I can not praise her enough.

I have been a patient of Dr Krieger for years. She is an AMAZING Doctor with a wonderful, friendly and efficient staff. This is a trustworthy group of Physicians that are looking out for the BEST interest of the patient.

My 1st visit to this office went very, very well. All staff were attentive, courteous, and professional, especially Dr. Parascos. She was thorough with my medical history and thoughtful about future treatment. Her bedside manner was patient, friendly, and supportive. Although Dr. Parascos had an early morning patient emergency and other delays, I completed my initial visit (w/ thyroid ultrasound) in about 2 hours. I've been to many Dr's offices. This one is high on my list for recommending to family and friends.:)

NIGHTMARE office. Still in 2023, which is so ridiculous, Due to “Covid” doctors still hiding behind computers and refuse to drive to the office to see the patients.
1) the Endocrinologist doesn’t see you in person (only on Fridays). So basically, the doctor is behind a computer discussing your labs. Obviously doesn’t even touch your neck (thyroid) or check you in person. And then, if you want to see the doctor in person, you’ll have to wait months. And then, HERE COMES THE KICKER if you have to do FaceTime because you can’t wait for months to see the Dr in person, you have to pay EXTRA, because supposedly the insurance doesn’t cover it. So you basically have to pay extra for the doctor not to evaluate you physically in person.
So yeah very disappointed office.
2) to the call the office and speak to a nurse or scheduler you have to be on hold for along time to get a live person (30 minutes minimum). One time it took 45 minutes to get someone on the phone.
2) email portal is not attended timely. Have to wait at least a day or two before you get a reply. So you can’t even communicate through there either.
3) how SCARY if I had to depend on this office for medication and prescription refills.

The nurse and receptionist are very nice and doctors clearly know a lot. However, doctors are extremely unprofessional and rude, making snarky comments about you, your behavior, and insurance if they do not like answers that you give them. Also judges you for doing things that you are not doing even though they have never told you to do that. Finally, messed up my lab reports so I have to get more done. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
