1Our experience with Engel & Volkers St. Augustine was simply outstanding! We were out of state buyers with no understanding of the area and were on a tight timeline. Jenn and Matt went above and beyond in explaining the St. Augustine Beach area and identifying opportunities as we refined our search criteria for a property. Matt was exceptionally helpful during our 2-day house hunting trip, coordinating multiple showings with little advanced notification. After making an offer on a property, Matt continued to be our advocate in negotiating resolutions for issues identified during the inspection. He continued to support us after the closing. Buying a property is always stressful, but Jenn and Matt made the process smooth. We will definitely refer anyone we know moving to the area to Jenn and Matt!
