My wife and I visited many bike shops be for we found Engels. We had not be treated well by the others. They said pick out a bike and I'll ring it up. We wanted help picking out the right bikes for us and to be fitted to the bike. Engels did just that. They even changed the saddle on one. Years go by and our bikes needed a tune up. I stop in a few Naples shops to ask about their tune up service and didn't get a good feeling. So I went back to Engels in Bonita and found out they tune up any bike you buy from them for as long as you own it free of charge. And I got the bikes back the same day! If you need service or to buy a bike it is well worth the trip to Bonita and Engels Bike shop.

New to the area and my daughter got a flat and my bike seat was so firm I couldnt ride it so wanted a new seat. The guys were great here and not too pushy. I went in at 4: 00 and they had the flat done by the next morning. Very affordable prices too. I have found my bike shop!

Service with a smile. If you need your bicycle worked on or want to buy a new bike this is the place to go.

They put a back tire on a totally bent rim. When I went to pick up the bike, he said you need a front tire too. Instead of telling me of the bent rim and NOT putting rear tire on. Total cash grab. DON'T TRUST THEM. The rear tire wobbled like a clown car. Yet I wasn't told.

Can't say enough good things about this place! Todd was excellent! He treated my inexpensive dept store bike with the same care as if it were a high-end custom model, while I waited!

We purchased two 7-speed cruisers. They were awesome to work with in selecting our bicycles. When we came to be fitted to our bikes they had already installed all our accessories. They looked great and they delivered them within 5 minutes of us getting home.

Just got in today and found a blown out tire to start my vacation. Called Engel's and was told that every Tuesday they have someone there just to repair tires / replace tubes. Drove up, walked in, handed the tire over the counter and literally 5 minutes it was done! No muss, no fuss. Great service! I'll be back!

Fantastic place from sales to service. My wife and I went in to buy a couple of bikes. And within minutes we purchased them. I have been back twice for service and Mike was fantastic. So nothing but an awesome experience.

I wish I could give more than five stars! Mike was great. Fast, efficient and extremely inexpensive. I'll never go anywhere else for anything to do with bikes.

I definitely enjoyed my experience at this bicycle shop because of the way I was treated by the staff and the great line of bicycles that they carry. I stopped here with my husband one afternoon, as I was looking for a new bike. I was met by Cliff who explained the various features of the bikes and asked me which were most important to me. I chose the model and color I liked, and was able to ride the bike in a nice area behind the shop. The sales transaction went through quickly while another gentleman adjusted my bike and assured me that I can bring the bike back to the shop any time it needs serviced in any way. All is covered under the lifetime service agreement that is part of purchasing a bike through them.

Engle’s Bike Shop has always been super helpful and friendly. Even when I bought items elsewhere, they are willing to help me troubleshoot problems at no charge. Great customer service!

They fix flat tires while you wait, which was great. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, Mike carried my bike to and from my car and the price was very reasonable for a tire tube replacement. Highly recommend.

Incredible customer service- and this is coming from a guy who doesn't even own a bike. I broke my ankle and I'm using a knee scooter/wheelchair thing. The brakes stopped working properly and wouldn't even lock in place- which is something you need them to do when you get off of the thing, so I called Engel's and spoke to Bobby who was very friendly and helpful and said that, while this is not a service they normally perform, they would be happy to take a look. I brought it in and they fixed it while I waited. I'll make it a point to recommend them to all of my friends who have a bicycle.

Great experience, friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Wayne who helped find the right bike for me. He took his time and let me test ride bikes. Then helped with selection of the bike's accessories. They got my bike all ready to go and then delivered it to my home. They offer lifetime service too. Great experience. Large selection for all ages. I highly recommend.

Great service, reasonable prices. Brought my bike in to repair a flat tire. He tightened everything up and lubricated the chain and gears. They go over and above.

Got double flats on a ride, forgot my phone and only had a little bit of money. Mike fixed my flat basically on credit. Enabling me to ride home. Thank you.
