Needed some answers regarding timing of a three chain M 97. They helped me even though I wasn't a customer. True professionals.

Pretty bad customer service, been trying to get ahold of them for the past week after they said they would give me a quote. Finally got ahold and the guy quite literally hung up on me.

I was quoted a price, then charged several thousands of dollars more. TERRIBLE customer service, and they didn't tighten the bolts on my transmission. Complete engine rebuild, that leaked oil 1 month later. Biggest mistake EVER! PLEASE AVOID this shop.

Specialized Porsche engine work and found this shop the be the cleanest, most organized, and hands down the best machine shop in the Tampa Bay area.

All of the engines that we have taken there have had no issues and are machined correctly the first time and the items look like new.

I had the team at Engine lab go through the cylinder head of my Euro S50B30. Everyone there was very polite and knowledgeable. I got the head back for less than I was expecting to pay and it looks brand new. I’m very happy with the results considering they were willing to work on an engine that wasn’t available in the United States.

I called this place and asked how much it would cost to do an inspection and resurface my car's cylinder head, they asked me for some pictures and told me it would cost around $140. I drove for 45 minutes to get there, when I arrived an employee called the owner and he said the service would cost 600 dollars. I could buy a new part for that price. Don't waste your time taking your car in this place. The employee also said that they were an expensive place. I ended up taking it to another place that charged me half the amount that this place charged me.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

I paid them to install new parts complete timing chain and gear set guides etc, oil pump and water pump. After I've had trouble again with my truck tearing it apart find out the new parts I paid for was never put in very discouraging and sad that someone would take you like this. The date on the parts show that they were never changed. 1. This will be a final reply to correct a few things that was wrongly taken by the owner. I did not say it was the owner's fault. Although It did take place in his garage. 2. I have my receipt showing before moved to a different location the work was preformed. My truck heads was being resurfaced due to overheating while it was apart I paid to have a complete timing chain set installed along with the oil pump. After some time later my truck jumped timing when a shop went in the they found out it was the original parts by the date on the parts. I am counting this as a loss. I do not give bad reviews I give honest reviews. I could post my receipt showing everything I'm saying but I'm not going to do that. I'm not going back and forth I do not want to waste any more of my time. I am honest I have my receipt and it shows I did not get what I paid for? This will be the end of the story

Nick at Engine Lab kept in contact with me so that I knew when to expect with my repair to my Jeep. He explained what the problem appeared to be and promise to keep me updated throughout my repair. He was absolute professional and competent! He repaired my Jeep perfect. Thank you Nick for your great work. 10+ He was very courteous. Answered all my questions. Great mechanic, great person thank you, highly recommended! Will definitely reach out in future if i need help again.

Went here to get my car fixed cant thank rocket enough for everything, he is reliable, honest, understanding and knows what he is doing, I was told from Nissan I needed a new motor i came here for a second opinion and he found out what really was going on with my car couldn't thank him enough he saved me from being ripped off and the prices were even better, I fully recommend him and will use his services in the future for all my car care.

Went to locate Dyno Tune Shop location next 2 our tourist area called Ybor City.score is on location haven't used the service as of yet.

Don't think this place exists. The address on their website is not open and there is no signage. No one picks up the phone and the voicemail is a generic one.

Engine lab is great. Had a head resurfaced and pressure tested found a couple issues with valve seats cracked. Rokket from engine lab call me to let me know of the issue I agreed to replace the valve seats. I returned to pick up my head an other gentleman helped me. It looked like my head but brand new. I told the gentleman this cannot be my head he assured me that it was. Was expecting to pay more than I did. If I can’t fix it on my own I would only trust Rokket an Engine lab. Thanks

Terrible service I’ve never been treated so poorly at a place. My truck engine didn’t last over 35,000 miles, and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone spend the extra buck somewhere else bc u r gonna end up spending more money here.
