As always the staff was right on spot! We didn't have good news about our 13 yo pup, but all stayed positive! Dr. Chris was very concerned and explained things very well!

Very shoddy and ill-equipped facility. Blood lab work has to be sent out and can take days to get results, which could mean life or death for your pet. Grace Veterinary services on Dearborn does all the labwork on site and has results in 10 minutes for the same price EAH charges for tests results you wait days for. Plus I know we had Hurricane Ian last September, but with the money these clinics charge you would think that almost a year later the place wouldn't still looks like a storm just gutted it. I will not be going back there again.

After hurricane Ian this place got Destroyed, I mean no walls up inside or anything. On one side they are still open which is very nice because they are helping animals in need. On the other hand I believe they are not acting correctly when it comes charging a person to have a “private euthanasia” with everyone all in the same room watching you and there is absolutely no privacy. I believe it’s already wrong to charge a individual to hold their beloved animal seconds before their death and on top of that claim it as “private” by all means it was not and I feel this was very wrong and not sincere… Also when coming there I spoke to the veterinarian on the options I had for my pet and his approach was very cold and not caring or not willing to be compliant at all with my situation.

If you want the best for your pet Dr. Chris is it. I was raised by a practical and honest vet and have spent my adulthood trying to find a similar practitioner for my pets. Dr Chris is as close as I have found. He is honest, direct, and addresses the situation without unnecessary procedures. The clinic was hit hard by Ian and they are trying to rebuild. I am so thankful they are open and operating during this trying time. Gunner and I are so appreciative of the help we have gotten from the staff and Dr. Chris.

Excellent care. I was met in the parking lot by an employee as I did not get out of my car immediately. Their care and attention was wonderful.

Always helpful and kind! They take care of my fur babies and they offer the choice to be with your pet during their last moments which is a big thing for me.

Right after hurricane Ian my cat Rocky had an infection in his jaw. I called there office & even though their place was severely damaged by Ian they met me in the back & gave him an antibiotic injection. I'm absolutely so grateful they were there to do this for my buddy. I've taken all of our animals there. It's a bit of a drive but they're definitely worth it. Dr Chris is great with my grumpy cat! Thanks to Dr Chris & his staff for helping me when we all were in need ourselves.

I can't say enough about this Vet Clinic. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They treat your furry friends like their own. Doctor Chris is the best. Explains everything and is so caring. The best Vet clinic and reasonable prices. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Very unprofessional, treat their employees terribly. Very uncomfortable and racist experience. The animals don’t get checked properly. Very unsatisfied. Don’t recommend should be ashamed of themselves. Never going back again.

Siobhan and Dr Chris are the Best! They have gone above and beyond for my Tara, Rascal, Bandit, Hans and Celeste. Have been taking my fur babies to them for years. They are very compassionate and knowledgeable which is what you need in a veterinary clinic. Their staff are also an awesome team of young ladies. I wish I could give more than the 5 stars.

This vet Rocks! They take great care of my dog. We recently had emergency dental work done and I'm very happy with the veterinarian's work. My dogs teeth look so much better, his breath is fresher, the infection is under control, they gave pain killer to help him with comfort and a prescriptions for ample antibiotics to keep his infection under control until he's fully healed. I love that they are personable with me and my dog and the doctor and owner are both compassionate and knowledgeable. I love being able to take my dog in on short notice whenever he is having ant kind of health problems due to their walk in clinic set up its busy at times but they always get us in. Great veterinarians nice office staff, my go to.

Englewood Animal Hospital was the only clinic that would see my 14 year old pomeranian, Giz on short notice.
I was scheduled to leave in three days for a return trip to Washington state for the summer and Giz began having seizures a week before. I suspected brain cancer and after a few days of wrestling with the decision, called to have him let go.
Dr. Chris helped me come to the decision and I'll be forever grateful for their flexibility during this incredibly stressful time.

Everyone is very welcoming. The staff is supportive and efficient. We never have to wait long and Doc Chris is compassionate and tells you exactly what is going on. Thanks
