8 windows and 5 doors. Do not choose this company for window or door installation. The installations were bad but the only people communicating with the customer is the accountants. Threatening to put a lien on your home if you don’t pay. Even if the job isn’t completed. Months gone by and still doors don’t operate properly. They are owed thousands and I won’t pay a dime more.

We have purchased shower glass and two sliding door from Englewood Glass and they were positive experiences. Both the home office staff, the person who comes out and measures and the installers were great.

Char and James were great installers to work with. I would highly recommend them to install your new sliding glass doors. They were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing while also being personable and respectful. They cleaned up after they were done and hauled away the old doors while being careful to not damage anything in our home.

I don't remember their names but the shower glass installers were great also.

There is quality people at Englewood Glass. Anna, Deavan, Rachelle, Star and Jody in the office showroom were also pleasant and helpful.

Seth and Austin are phenomenal! Great, easy, installation and terrific communication. Quality items. Definitely recommend.

We replaced all of our old windows and door with hurricane proof windows and door. Every step of the process was professional beginning with the accurate measurement team, Star's complete review of the estimate, PGT's beautiful workmanship, topped off by the expertise of James and Char as the installers. James and Char worked their buns off for three days. They are a well-oiled team, efficient, effective, true critical thinkers in terms of problem solving. Josh and Ralph did an excellent job on installing our new hurricane glass lanai doors. They were clean, friendly and courteous at all times! They were late the first day because Englewood Glass had an unscheduled meeting of ALL employees. We were not notified by Englewood Glass that they would be more than two hours late. This was not Josh and Ralph’s fault but there should be a change in company policy!

Josh and Ralph did a fine job. Outside cleaned up and furnitue all back. My wife and i are very pleased.

Seth and Austin did a superior job. Showed up every day on time and worked tirelessly to complete a massive job on time. Great craftsmanship ever done to perfection. Would definitely recommend them to everyone who is in the market for doors and windows.

James and Stan did a fantastic job with our door installation. Especially with some of the challenges the prior owners did with the old doors. Their professionalism and attention to detail made this a great experience. They exceeded my expectations. Top class crew in my book.

Ordered everything through Anna. She was great and communicated every step of the way. Made the whole process easy. Measurements was taken twice just to be certain everything is correct.

Highly recommend! This is one of the most expensive home upgrades I have done, and the process could not have been more easy. Cory and Ben were my installers, and also get five stars. They were on-time, clean and uber friendly. The office team was always available to answer questions, and work with me on the details. I feel so much safer with impact windows now after living through Ian.

I want to take a moment to leave a 5 Star review for this company. I just had all 16 windows in my house replaced with impact resistant windows by Englewood Glass and Mirror. I am so happy with the outcome of the job! It took a while because of Hurricane Ian, for the windows to be delivered and installed, but let me tell you something, the installation job is impeccable. I have all my neighbors coming by constantly telling me how amazing the windows look. I definitely want to give a shout out to those who I believe were the most responsible for my successful outcome. Let me start off with the Supervisor, his name is Steve. He was amazing! I’m very picky and he took care of every little nuance that I brought up. He was very patient, understanding, a gentleman, and very intelligent. He knows what he’s doing. I also want to give high kudos to the two crews who installed my windows. The first crew was Chris and Zack. They did a job that was just outstanding. From installing the windows to a professional caulk job to cleaning everything up. The second crew that came out was Brittney (sp?) and Char. They were responsible for installing my elliptical windows which were very difficult to install and they did a top-notch job. In fact, the day they installed the windows they were here well into the dark to make sure the job got done on time. Just a major shout out to everybody involved who worked on my house, and I highly recommend Englewood Glass and Mirror!
