First off, the gentleman at the counter, great guy and very helpful! Not sure what happened to our previous pool guy who was outstanding! But the new one should be retrained! It took me almost three hours to clean my pool today. Pool and hot tub were green, algae on grout and glass tiles in multiple places, had to SCRUB multiple (and that’s putting it nicely) times to get it off. My chlorinator was shut off and so was the valve for the water to even run through it, so now that everything is properly running the water fall into the pool is actually working instead of just barely drizzling over the edge. So…obviously the pool had not been swept or vacuumed for at least 2 weeks. As for chemicals, not sure but you can’t smell any chlorine. Hopefully they can remedy this situation before they loose more customers.
