I was Blessed to visit this laundromat after having technical difficulties with my washer. The facility was clean. Washer and dryers were nice and clean. But most of all, the owners were so nice. They provid a cleaner service for clothing and shoe repairs. If you're ever in need of a nice laundromat to go to, please check them out.

I recently moved to the Clermont area. I looked into several laundromats and cleaners. This facility had the best prices and the staff walked me through the best way to do All of my bedding and clothes for the least amount of money. They helped me step by step because I hadn't used a laundromat. They were so kind and friendly. This includes the young woman at the front desk with the unique name I keep forgetting to the owner and his daughter. They were an absolute JOY. Especially around the holidays when no one wants to spend time doing laundry. They made it an enjoyable experience.

I love the new online payment app. Very convenient. The staff is friendly and establishment was clean

I dropped off shirts to be cleaned and pressed and needed them by Friday, because of this hurricane Idalia was worried that I wasn’t going to get them in time. Employee Linda Vogel called me to let me know that they were in and ready to be picked up. Thank you Linda for that call back you made my day, this is what I call great customer service and I will definitely go forward with this Cleaners! Again thank you! Cathy G

It's fairly clean. Washers are expensive, and it's normal for several dryers to be out of order. It's always extremely hot, and hit or miss on how friendly the staff Is.

I was pleasantly surprised this morning, the new owner is making good changes, can even pay with an app, I'm not very tech savvy, but even I figured it out, used it to day my clothes.very easy. I see good things happening

I'm very irritated that you all don't have air conditioning inside the laundry mat for your paying customers. Instead you want to remodel the place. This is Florida! Please get the air conditioning first then remodel. Thanks

Cuddos to Linda! She is so pleasant, even in the mist of caous! I will ONLY drop my laundry off when she is working! She is the only one who can seem to complete the transaction correctly and with a smile! PLEASE, never leave!

As a small business, we know how difficult it can be to find loyal, quality staff, who genuinely have a sense of ownership that reflects in not only their dedication to the business, but to their customers as well. That being said, Ms. Linda is just that! We've been doing business with EL&C for many years now, and she has always taken the best care to insure our linens are clean, folded with care, and charged accurately. In addition, she takes the time to contact me directly when the orders are ready for pick up. When the company changed owners recently, she reassured us that the service we had grown to appreciate and expect would not be compromised and that we would continue to receive the professional care and dedication as with the previous owners. I do see some positive changes happening within the laundromat, ie; new appliances, extended services, etc.and am thrilled to see them continue to serve our community by providing a clean, affordable establishment to care for their laundry needs. We will continue to appreciate our relationship with these folks, and let's give a shout out to Ms. Linda for all her hard work and dedication! Thank you!

Everyone here is super nice and respectful and so so so helpful even my 5 year old daughter loves coming with me to do laundry because all the employees are so nice to her I can't recommend them enough

Never meet a person that complains as much as their manager, outdated system takes up to 15min to open register and return dry cleaning way to long, machines clogged with softener, and grime from detergent, look up at fans 2inches of dust on, I wouldn't go there ever again
