I had an appointment scheduled. They called me and moved it forward a week in advance. Than when I got there, they didn’t even have the appointment. Very very unprofessional of them.

One of the best visits I’ve ever had with a physician. Dr. Archilla is kind and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns, explained everything really well, and didn’t rush through the appointment. I knew of him through a friend, and I understand why she spoke so highly of him. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, he’s definitely my ENT for life!

My son would stop breathing in his sleep for scary amount of time and it was effecting his health school emotions and overall self but these doc fixed him up he had tonsils adnoids and turbinates done and after healing a week he's as good as before these issues started. Great results we are so happy.

Dr. Archilla explains your condition and treatment clearly, he does not rush through your visit, answers all your questions, and he’s has a calming and patient personality. Highly recommended. Also Dr Archilla’s PA was very professional and explain the procedures that I was going to have, she also checked with my insurance company regarding my out-of-pocket cost and what the fees would be so there’s no surprises at checkout.

Please zoom in on the uploaded pictures. The cleanliness of the practice is subpar. Next to the exam chair, where I was sitting, was an open and overflowing trash can with used gloves on top. Upon being greeted by Dr. V, I politely asked if he was the practice owner. He evaded the question by asking “why” and when I told him that I didn’t want to be that person, but I was slightly uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the room, I was told I could speak with the office manager prior to being examined. I reluctantly agreed, because what else was I going to to, and in came the office manager. This guys appearance was unprofessional right off the bat. He had a buttoned up shirt on with 2-3 buttons undone from the top, making his chest hair noticeable. He also has on very loud shoes (and an ugly wanna-be Cuban link chain on). He quickly introduced himself and told me he heard I wanted to speak with him. I said “sure, I guess” explained politely and slightly embarrassed how it was a little dirty in the exam room, when I was met with a very defensive “WHERE do you see it dirty? It’s cleaned in here every day”. I showed how the stainless steel cabinet had obvious drip marks on it, pointed out the overflowing trash with used gloves and how the otoscope had a dusty buildup on it.he told me “you can see another doctor and visit another practice. ” I was initially shocked at the response, and explained it was simply some feedback as a new patient (im also immune compromised) and he reiterated that I could “visit another doctors office”, and how “any other doctors office in the world has trash cans in it and will look exactly like this one”. At that point I could tell that a resolution was not going to happen, told him if that’s how he felt that’s fine, but I visit doctors regularly, and have NEVER come across an exam room this filthy. No damage control, no customer service, basically just kicked me out for advocating for myself. Do not recommend.

I was so happy to meet Dr Archilla. He so professional, knowledgeable and sweet. He maid me feel safe and comfortable. That office staff is very friendly and professional.

From checking in with Ernesto to leaving it was a wonderful experience. I met Rachel 1st and she took all my information and was a pleasure to talk with, she listen to my concerns and was very professional. Then I met with the doctor and he took his time to really listen and give me my options. I never felt rushed at all. Then I checked out with Christine who was also wonderful, she made my next appointment and had such a smile on her face. Great experience all around.

Dr. Archilla is such a warm, caring and thorough physician. The examination and discourse concerning my condition was done with such excellence. I truly respect and appreciate the overall quality care for the patient.
