I purchased a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica recently from Enterprise and I'm very happy with my experience with them. Brodus did an excellent job helping me find what I wanted and at a reasonable price. I would recommend having him help you find your next vehicle too.

Great Buying experience. First contact was with Brodis, he guided me through some of the preliminary paperwork. I was at first apprehensive, but after a long phone conversation, I decided to pull the trigger, book a flight from Pennsylvania make an appointment and buy a van in Florida. Subsequently Brodis couldn't make the day, and introduced me to John Diez who did the deal a few days later. Good choice, John was very helpful and spent a couple hours with me. The final result was a big savings over the current local pricing at local dealers in my area. The Van a 2001 Pacifica was very clean, and drove beautifully. I recommend this shop and Enterprise. They may have quite a few miles, but hard to tell from new.

Enterprise has a great selection of used cars. We looked at 2 different locations and every car we test drove was clean and in great shape. John Diez in the Tampa office made the process easy and quick. He went above and beyond.

This is my third vehicle though enterprise, I’m not sure about the condition on this one. The window didn’t go up and now it’s not closing right. During the hurricane I found water inside the window, when you close the window it doesn’t go inside the seal. They fixed it were it will close but unfortunately now because it’s past the 7 day window they say they can’t help me. I’m very disappointed because I didn’t create the problem and thought Enterprise was a reputable business. It may be the last time I will buy my vehicle from you. I didn’t realize that this was such a huge problem, when you purchase a vehicle you would think everything is in good condition. I feel that I’ve become a problem by asking for a minor issue to be resolved.

Enterprise changed my mind about trading cars. A very pleasant experience, no pressure, and easy to deal with. A very added experience is that you get a nice car that was well taken care of, still has the new car smell.
