Working for a company that currently uses this business and its disgusting how they operate. Cheapest repairs possible they ignore shops suggesting and just do the minimum.

This is my second time applying to Enterprise. This time I got to experience what a good interviewer is vs a bad one. I few years back, I applied with Avery, she was amazing, very jolly. She made her interviewees feel comfortable and was genuinely interested in knowing your qualifications to make sure that you were a great fit. It is very unfortunate that she left the Orlando group.

Fast forward to today now they have a gentleman called Robert Molden as a talent acquisition specialist. This is when I realized what a bad interviewer is. My appointment was for 8: 30am. First He was late to the meeting, maybe he was still sleeping. Not once did he smile in our interview, was very cold. Seemed that he either had a prejudice against me or he just didn’t want to be in that position. He also mentioned something to me that really has me speechless. He asked me what my career goal with Enteprise, I answered him that I would love the join the Remarketing department since I had experience with them in the past and loved it. His response to me was that this position takes 5 years, am I good for that with an attitude. It’s really sad that this who ERAC chose to represent their company. This guy has left a sour taste in my mouth. I’ve also spoken to well qualified candidates who interviewed with him and they all had the same feedback.
