NIGHTMARE, avoid at ALL costs. Lawsuit to ensue! IN FACT, it says closed, even though I was just there, my guess is because they have NO cars to rent, even IF you had a reservation (which we did)! My pregnant partner and 4 yr old, baking in the intense heat, without water, being told the most ludicrous stories about "why" we're not getting our reserved rental car.finally took a Lyft all the way to Sarasota (to our hotel)! *Mind Blown

Horrible, just horrible. Received reservation confirmation and was supposed to pick up car at 1pm. I get a voicemail at 12: 30pm as I was landing saying they overbooked and they don’t have any cars the rest of the week. Ruined my weekend! Thanks a lot Enterprise!

Is 3/23/21 11: 00am / The person that is right now working there have a very poor customer service my wife call yesterday to make sure that they have his recervation and enterprise confirmed. She got and appoiment for 10: 00am. She still there and the guy said is no car available for the price and he can’t verify a near enterprise. Thiss is the second day that they run out of car. My wife is there with my 7years old Kid missing second day of school and my 2 years old baby mad and criying becouse poor customer service of this person she said that he look that don’t want to help!

I love Enterprise on Kennedy in Tampa, Fl. The staff is super kind and professional. The manager is doing an amazing job. She works so hard and delivers a smooth process for the services. I say Manager because everything always starts from the top on. All staff was helpful and kind. Thank you!

The quality of the car was mediocre. There was no spare tire in the car, and one of the tires on the car was underinflated. Started off the trip with problems. Prices are high, service and quality are low.

It"s my favorite car rental place. Everyone is always nice and polite and do a great job. My only problem is more cars needs to be available because sometimes there are issues to where there"s only mini vans or compact cars available and myself loves the full size cars. Other than that i will continue to be a Loyal Çustomer.

This location is my favorite go to. The employees there are always pleasant, friendly, fast. I always have a wonderful experience when I rent from this location.

This is for the Enterprise located at 1001 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33606.

I was literally in a pinch. Needed a car to get back to the east-coast of Florida and Enterprise is always my go to. It was close to closing time and I had my fingers crossed. Leroy was one of the associates and really hooked me up! Very professional, accommodating and knew what he was doing. Got me a car (mini-van) and got me home!

This guy should be running one of your locations!

I only write reviews when I think its worth it. I have now rented from this location 2 times. Both times they helped me with an upgrade, making the rental cheaper for the car I needed. I am married and all the bills are in my husbands name, they allowed me to use his bills as long as my address on my ID matched. This location has gone above and beyond to help me every time I make a reservation I am 100% satisfied! Thank you for making this always a great experience!

**UPDATE** 9/8/2020 I’ve now had 5 more unauthorized charges come through - I’ll be filing suit

Enterprise asked for my credit card to place a ‘hold’ until Geico picked up my policy, I was told I would never be charged to that card, and I trusted that.
Geico took over my policy, and after rental car was returned I was charged $820. I never signed anything to ever authorize this charge. I am now in a dispute with my credit card against enterprise. I will never choose enterprise again.

To top it off, I was issued a car that was still filthy inside, empty coke bottles under the seats, old scratch off tickets in floorboard)
I got all the way home before noticing that they failed to leave the key fob inside the car (car was already running when they put me in it) so I could not even use it the first day until they brought me the key.

Just Unprofessional.

This review will be taken down when I am rightfully credited back by enterprise.

Went there to get a care
They said so rudely you have to book a care online NO BOOKING NO CAR
wow I told the sales manager I’ve been trying to call all day & no one answer the calls & every time I try to book online they give me error message & try to connect me with customer service which nobody answers
She said I DONT CARE
I left to another company next to them & got a car in less than 20 minutes

I have used Enterprise for YEARS with minimal issues. The last two times was the worst. I reserved a large SUV July 31st 2020. When I got there They only had a Dodge Caravan, I was not happy but what could I do? It was the last minute. I was told there was a computer issue. Long story short, I took that dirty van on a 6 hour drive and I had to drive around in it from Saturday til Monday. There was no pick up on the interstate so I felt like a little old lady driving too slow in the fast lane. Driving that van on those 6 lane high ways in Georgia was horrible. We were able to feel every bump. The radio had so much static. The speaker on the back passenger side door must have been blown because when i turned the radio up all I would hear is a loud popping or crackling sound.it was the worst experience ever.

I would like to say the manager Bri or Ri or whatever her name is, is the most rudest person I’ve delt with. She’s rude to her employees and customers. Being that I work for the nfl we might not be coming back to enterprise unless necessary. The two men who helped me were great but she is HORRIBLE!

The Enterprise associates were very courteous and professional from beginning to end, they made the transactions seamless. After dropping off the car my ride home was delayed and the Enterprise location was officially closed for the day. I was waiting outside on a typical July day in Florida, the team invited me inside to sit while I waited for for my ride.

I was more than grateful.

Great experience. This location has very Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out QUICKLY and my rental was everything I expected.
