I can’t remember the young buff dudes name that helped me but it was the easiest transaction ever. I had accidentally booked at a diff location that was out of the way. I called this location close to the airport and asked if it was possible to change. He was like yeah no problem. Just stop by and grab a car. I uber’ed over and was out Within 5 mins. Seriously loved how smooth it was. I wish I had got his name but maybe the description will help Enterprise know who he is He was super helpful and nice. Thanks! Made my Vaca smoother.

Would not be renting from enterprise anymore after my last encounter with one of the employees at the Daniels location in Ft. Myers Fl. I tried to explain an arrangement that the manager and I had on my return of the rental and he was so rude and not understanding. The day before the manager reached out and told me that the rental wasn’t available, he has to try to get it from another location and if I wanted to down grade to a smaller passenger van. I called corporate office and no one reached out to me in regards to my concerns. Also, the rental was awful, by the time we reached 2 hours out the tires were flat. We continued to fill air in it until we returned home. After all these years you guys lost my business.

Great place to rent a car from…. Except this last time (june 2021) the prices were almost doubled from the past…. Most others also raised rates - like everyone, they blame Covid

Location was well placed off main road, car was clean and check out and return very smooth. Only reason not 5 stars, rental car gas tank was less than full and required returning same which required not filling on return.

I frequently rent for business purposes a few times a month and the Daniel's Parkway Enterprise staff is always very friendly and provides great service. I would highly recommend this location!

Quick check in and on my way. Staff is friendly. Watch out for the giant 2x4 with key attached if you need to use the restroom though.

The car was a mechanical mess. The brakes, transmission, and even a disgusting smell in the car. The car shouldn’t have been on the lot to rent. My last time using this company.

Very friendly and helpful rental agents. Car was clean and ready when I arrived at this off airport location. I would have given five stars but getting the car with a 3/4 tank of gas is very inconvenient when returning as it's not easy to gauge a 3/4 full tank when refilling. I ended up returning with a full tank. I am sure this happens a lot which is not very favorable for the customer.

I made a reservation over the phone for a pickup truck & wasn’t informed that a true credit card was necessary in order to get a pickup truck. Upon picking up my rental there wasn’t a pickup truck for me & the people behind me at the counter didn’t get the vehicle they reserved either. I was given a minivan instead. I asked to be notified when a pickup truck arrived so I can swap vehicles but was never notified. Anyone can make reservations, its the hold part that’s important.

Customer service was great. However, the vehicle was not as clean as would have expected espeically during coivd times. Crumbs on back seats and floor. Windows had finger prints in the back. Normally, not a big deal - just didn't feel like it was cleaned like it should have been.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a rental company. I reserved a 26 foot box truck with a lift gate to move my business 2 months ago. They called me last week to confirm the reservation and we agreed I would pick up the truck this morning. When I got there they informed me that they do not have a truck available due to a break down. They say they left me a message, but there was no message left on my phone. I have a big warehouse move that has to be completed in the next week and no truck to get it done. I will never go to Enterprise to rent anything ever again. It's peak season in Florida and nobody has any trucks available this is why I was being proactive months ago to reserve a truck! Worst customer service I have ever seen!

We have used Enterprise for all our travel needs, and this was a very disappointing experience. We were told to arrive at 12: 00 on a Monday to pick up our car, and the waiting room was full of people. The receptionist was on a call, a very long one I might add, meanwhile not tending to the people who had arrived therefore not checking anyone in. There was one young man trying to take cars back, and then also check cars out to customers waiting. He was doing a great job considering he had no help. Also, we were told the cars were scarce as there had been a recent fire at the airport where alot of the cars are kept. So many customers that were going to pick up a car there, overflowed to the Enterprise we were at off site. Long wait, car was not cleaned, and it was a very low end model. It got us through the week, but it wasn't cheap, and the service was not the usual.

I reserved a Ford Focus. Upon arrival they only had a Hyundai venue which I had to except in order to have a rental car or get another Uber to take me to another rental company. Which the car was out of alignment and very awkward to operate. I was also told upon arrival that there was a $300 deposit. Which was never stated when I reserved it or in the paperwork of such. I told the representative in person that I was unaware of that and they said there was nothing they could do. I was told that both the weekly rental and deposit had to be charged on a credit card at the same time. And that it could not be split between two cards. I did not have the available credit on my credit card to do both on the same one. I had to resort to putting it on my debit card and then had to provide additional documentation of my return flight home in order to be able to do that. I was on emergency trip to Florida to be with my dying father and had nothing but frustration and potentially could have been stranded 5 miles from the airport and 51 miles from my fathers home if I could not have provided the documentation that they needed to charge my debit card. It was a horrific experience and I will never rent from enterprise again. Very little to no compassion or sympathy or deviation from there “policies”!

I reserved a truck for today over a month ago, received confirmation that it would be available and was told it broke down when I went to pick it up. They couldn't have done a worse job. This negatively affected me, my business and our major move. I'll never use this company again.

The car I reserved had not been returned so they needed to substitute with a car that was not what we really expected. Without any hesitation the agent offered an apology and adjusted the rate to make it a great deal on a car we could make work just fine. They did a great job. Thanks for a headache free experience. Highly recommended.

What an amazing company called around tried to find a pickup truck there wasn't any available in the normal rental cars sent me over to the commercial truck line and they price match me in the middle and sent me on my way. That's how you do business
