The team is cordial, respectful and incredibly talented about managing conversations and difficult hiccups. Loved the personnel. High quality. They are certainly not from Miami. I live here so I can say that about my city youths. The challenge is from the time I got to the desk to the time I got the car it was a 65 minute wait. That is unacceptable. Frustrating when you have higher expectations about wait time.

I had a great experience here with greta customer service. Klaus was very professional and made me satisfied with my rental. I also felt like he wanted to go above and beyond to help me. Really appreciated his service!

Personable, hassle-free and convenient to the Metrorail! Driving a 2021 sedan all week was a plus as well! Thank you, Klaus Peters and Enterprise Team at Dadeland Station, for making my rental car experience such a good one!

I accidentally booked with someone else's name one the res. Klaus was extremely helpful in giving me direction to resolve my mistake. He also was realistic and spot on with his estimations of when a car would be ready for pickup. Great service.

I rent a 15 passengers van on August 2020 for the Thanksgiving holidays on November 24
1 week in advance I called to Enterprise just to verify everything is set fir muy trip, but surprisingly, yes, I have a reservation but the van reserved will not be available.
When was Enterprise going to notify me that my reservation was not available? First problem.
The alternative was to offer a new reservation of 2 vans of 7 passengers, but again, no confirmation on availability. Second problem.
Enterprise convert my first 25 passengers van reservation into 1 7 passengers van reservation. Third problem.
And offer me a second reservation for an additional 7 passenger van.
Price for the first 7 passengers van: $395
Price for the second 7 passengers van: $700
Third problem.
Fortunately, the Dadeland Station Branch Rental Manager Darling Rosales run the extra mile and resolved all this issues the day of my reservation 11/23/20.
Really, Darling Rosales really did what no one could do before, and saved our trip, hotels reservations, etc, made since August for this trip.
What a shame Enterprise.
What a pride of Darling Rosales, she really deserves a very special recognition, thanks to you Darling

We have rented from Enterprise Many times before and always been happy, but this experience was not so good. 1. Rented a suburban online, was called the night before Pickup to say that vehicle wasn’t available. Rented from another place on line and got a call in the morning 1 hour before pickup that the suburban wasn’t available either, they only had a mini van. We wanted a suburban With V8 vehicle and With all the safety features for a long trip and the miNi van had no pick up and only a back up camera.
2. Went to go pick up the van and there was only one person working in a busy Miami office, cleaning cars, accepting drop off and new rentals. Needless to say the lines And waits were long And she was often out of the office for 1/2 or more.
3. Got the car home and started loading it only to notice the very back window had popped open. The closing mechanism was totally broken off, called the office to report this, after being on hold for way too long. She said she had no other option for a vehicle.we zipp tied the window as tightly as we could and taped the outside, hoping water or vehicle break-in wouldn’t happen on our trip.
4. Even though the vehicle only had 29,000+ miles on it it seemed like a clunker, no pick up, tires at least needed balancing and were close to being unacceptable worn.
5. Good news is, the van got close to 26 MPG highway, it held a lot of cargo,
The window did not leak, the return was 5 star, as 2 people were working and the return went fast and smoothly.
Just a frustrating experience for a long 2 week trip.

My experience with Enterprise has always been very good but on this occasion I have to let your company know that a wonderful and caring human being her name is DARLING ROSALES at the Dadeland Station in Miami, Florida, took care of us and when no other Enterprise in the Miami area was able to help my husband and I, she was there for us.
She is an asset to your company and a professional, energetic and so attentive and caring not only to us but to everyone there waiting as well. A beautiful and kind lady.
Our hats go off to DARLING ROSALES!

I am not one to leave reviews BUT! Darlene was so amazing! She picked me up and had me up from the repair shop. She had me in and out within maybe 10-15 minutes. So friendly and communicative, she had amazing customer service. Thank Enterprise this was an amazing experience!

All is ok but try to push the people to buy the interprise insurance when the costumwr already have one is something outrageous.

Fast, friendly and polite. They staff has always been extremely service oriented. I enjoy renting from this company and this location. They always go the extra mile.

I only needed a car for a half of day while my car was being worked on. Great Service and very professional staff! I had my almost 2 year old and a car seat and they helped we with her while we got everything in and out of my car into the rental. Couldn't be happier!

I went there on July 26,2019.
They provided me a dirty car with stains, dirt, and a nasty smell.
I called to get a replacement car as I could not tolerate the disgusting car. They said that they don’t have “any” car available in afternoon.

They said that they can only provide me a clean car in the morning and not in the afternoon. I mentioned to them that I cannot come in morning due to my job. They said that “if you cannot come in the morning then it means that the dirty car is not that important to you”

My question for the manager:
1) how are you allowed to give customers a disgusting car?
2) when a customer tells you to solve the issue, why no effort was made to fix the situation.
