Edson seemed to be the only advocate on his game every one else was working in slow motion and seemed like they didn’t know much Edson was amazing knowledgeable professional he should really be made Manager of Enterprise there and and a pay raise a real good pay raise he’s truly deserves it he is a superstar in the game those other people were worth nothing terrible And the girl working the front desk was rude to my son

I've had my vehicle worked on at Gerber next door a couple times now and Enterprise has been there for me! I've rented 2 vehicles from them and it's been flawless! They are a bunch of nice people and I've NEVER had an issue! They're calling and emailing to make sure you're COMPLETELY satisfied! For me.they have the customer service down! AWESOME! Kudos to them all!
I'd recommend them ANYTIME!

I had the money to rent a car and they wouldnt rent it out to i told them they can hold 6 hundred and then charge me by the day still nothing i would never go back to the this place cause it seems like diffrent enterprise do diffrent stuff and all of its ran by the same person wow what a joke.

I went to the wrong location to pick up my rental car but they quickly changed it to that store. The process was very quick and very easy! I’ve rented from Enterprise in the past and will continue to as needed in the future.

Very disappointed when I found out they did not accept my CREDIT CARD which is a Mastercard. The guy in the front was super helpful. I ended up not renting a car here.

My second rental from this location and hands down the best customer service, quality of vehicles, and value. A rental company that actually cares and values customer service!

It was Easy and fast and professional, great to deal with, I drop off my car in the body shop and they pickup me up fast and easy, then Chris call me to make sure everything is alright thank you guys

I can’t say enough how great the staff was during my rental. I had a vehicle for a 30 day policy with my insurance, and the insurance called and canceled my rental prematurely. Enterprise called me and informed me that day that the insurance did so, and then they also helped me get in contact with my insurance after my insurance rep would not return my calls or texts! And they helped contact my insurance for 4 days in a row! And they even called and followed up with me each day letting me know if they could reach my insurance or not.

THAT is customer service at its finest. I will definitely stick with enterprise for all my personal/business travel for now on!

The customer absolutely amazing. They called to check to see if I had an questions about the car. I was given a really nice well kept rental and the service was fast.

Terrible customer service I was providing the car with broken windshield wiper and a noxious odor and I was told by other Enterprises that they do have stock on hand and now refused to do an Exchange. Beware of fraudulent business practice.

Sam made the rental experience a pleasure which in these days of a shortage of cars was wonderful. This gentleman was asked to work miracles while we waited and were assisted. He came up with cars that he did not have, sending staff to get cards, explained the current shortage and how best they were dealing with it. What could have been a disappointing, difficult and frustrating experience turned out to be a pleasant encounter. He was very efficient at his job, multi tasked very well and created a happy customer. I will go out of my way to use this location in the future.

Don’t waste your time renting a vehicle here even with a reservation your waiting over 30mins with only one employee assisting clients. Save your time and go elsewhere. The people here stated they have been here over an hour waiting for their vehicle. Instead of Chris who’s calling clients who aren’t in the office he should be assisting people that are waiting piling up on the lobby.
