Have used Enterprise many times, never had any problems with the rentals. Ms. Emily Sparr is kind and attentive to her customers needs! Definitely recommend renting your car here.

Enterprise in Palm Harbor is the best location to rent from. There staff is impeccable, we have rented all types of vehicles and everyone is always so accommodating and easy to deal with. We went on a two week trip a short while ago and on our 1st day we got a flat really far away. I tried to switch my vehicle, but many other enterprise locations kept giving us the run around and would send us away. The 1-800 number to report everything does not have real time information and was not very helpful. We finally went to a tire location to get it fixed, but we couldn’t get it approved for enterprise to fix it, until I called Emily my representative at Palm Harbor Fl. She said she would call and get approval pushed through and she did. Then after the 1st week we needed a bigger vehicle, no problem, Emily again found the perfect vehicle which was fantastic. Garrett one of the guys who goes over the vehicle with you was great as well. This Enterprise location over all is fantastic, thanks to Emily and the rest of the staff. 5 stars.

I am an enterprise rewards member and usually am very satisfied. After the hurricane in Florida Enterprise realized a “vehicle & staff shortage. As a result one way travel has been restricted this has impacted me tremendously. Ruined and inconvenienced plans from Florida to Michigan and made my in state Michigan travel impossible. Please find a way to lift the one way restrictions.

As always the staff is polite and customer oriented. I suggest you made you reservation in advance to ensure your vehicle is available and waiting for you.

The staff is super friendly and did their best to accommodate our needs, super clean cars & prices are the best.

So today my brother and I went to Enterprise to rent a car for our trip to Panama City Beach for Thanksgiving and I'm shocked how expensive is the rental so we changed cars and we got the Ford very Nice car

I love enterprise. I get in and out very fast. Always a nice car. All the employees are there to help. We had a short wait time. They didn't have a mid size car which I reserved, so they put me in a full size. Nice car

The Palm Harbor Enterprise store has a crackerjack team! They have a positive energy & attitude! I appreciate the water & chocolate. I was also grateful that they noted my disappointment with a past experience with a smoke smelling car so they comped me with gas & allowed me to return the car close to empty. Nice gesture! I was very pleased with my experience overall!

The staff and managers at this location really go out of their way to make sure you are really taken care of. I was so impressed with the fact that during my rental time, I received a couple of texts from a manager checking on things and making sure all was well. Highly recommend these people and I will gladly use them in the future.

Got a loaner while our vehicle was worked on at Ferman Mini. Easy process, nice clean car, no hassles.

Super nice people at the counter but they don’t have enough cars and I had to wait way over an hour for a car. A very frustrating way to spend my limited vacation time. And yes I had a reservation. And there’s too much air freshener in the office! I am almost choking on it!

My initial experience with the Enterprise representative was extremely professional, and customer service orientated. I had a few concerns I addressed with management relating to the vehicle itself, but they were prompt to rectify the issue, and made my experience extremely pleasant and satisfactory. I go out of my way to do business with this location even though there is a closer Enterprise in proximity to where I live. The number one reason I do this is due to the elevated level of customer service I receive, and management's extreme professionalism. Taking time to put the customer first. The building was very small and the car selection seemed even smaller. The employees I saw were not dressed in company attire but more casual attire which isn't a bad thing but when I pulled in I expected a full size lot with rental cars and a larger building that was cleaner and up-to-date. I'm not saying don't rent a car from here, my friend just dropped his rental off, but it's not the prettiest Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

After going through a horrible rental experience with (no name) 2 weeks ago. I was hesitant to rent ever!
I called Enterprise, asked a million questions then went to the location.
After 7 min. Great customer service. Great car choice. EASY process, we are on our way!
I bought my vehicle from them in 2018 and will now continue to only rent from here!
