Absolutely loved the service I was a walk in in need of a smaller car they didn’t have any clean and ready to go and they took the time to have one cleaned sanitized and road ready for me. Demetria was amazing she helped me every step of the way start to finish thank you guys for being my savior in my time if desperate need

When I received the car. I drove the car less than a mile to a local shop. I turned the car on and proceeded to exit the parking lot.signal to make a left turn to enter the street and the car turned off.for four plus hours that car stood there and didn't turn on. I received some assistance from good Samaritan who attempted to jump start the car.and it did not turn over.messages on the dashboard stated key fob not recognized.started to call enterprise before 4pm. First with the local office which closed at 5pm. Then call roadside assistance. I proceeded to tell them that the car didn't turn over/on.the roadside assistance decided not to take my word.and said they will send someone to do a jump start.when I received a text.the assistance would take 90 minutes to arrive. I waited.
. Waited.waited. I called again and another team was dispatch.text message said 60 minutes.again waited waited waited.waited beyond the time of expected arrival.called roadside assistance again.another team dispatched.text message said 30 minutes.sent someone with a car and a jump box.no tow truck.mind this is Thanksgiving eve. I was supposed to complete a task before Thanksgiving which I didn't get accomplished. Due to the late hours car still in the same place stalled at the exit of the shopping center. Knowing key fob was not recognized by the car I proceeded to the Tampa Internacional Airport already past 9PM. Finally at the airport I was able to speak to someone in person. And still I waited because they wanted to be certain that the car was on a flatbed truck.and even after communicating with roadside assistance multiple times and the agent also communicating with Roadside assistance the communication to tow truck driver that the key of the car was not at the location of the where the car was. Finally when I was in a car and able to drive away from Tampa internacional Airport. I arrived at another business to attempt to complete a social obligation.that business was closing early.and did not allow me to enter. An associate said thank you for your understanding.oh that made me so angry, mad and upset.seems to me that Enterprise failed to understand. I had paid an uber to get to the airport and had to purchase phone charger cable from a local business who looked at my request to charge my phone.all along i had less than 15% power on my phone and with my last communication with roadside assistance my phone had turned off.

Enterprise utterly failed in my situation.i feel i should be compensate for uber, phone cable, the time lost, the social distress of not meeting a social obligation.additional.enterprise should be aware of key fobs and how long it will be before a new key fob battery is needed.or whatever it is to keep it continually functioning

Rented car on 10/21/2022 and was given a car with 60 miles range of gas. Passenger seat smelt of spoiled milk and the car was not set up with gps. Desk services were rude arrogant

I was going to rent a car here due to my car being in the shop from a accident I had, I do have geico and my contract was with enterprise for rental in my policy, I was out of my contract at the time of this reservation and would be paying out of pocket. I made Emilia the manger fully aware of that before she quoted me rates.she advised I would have to pay $100 a day. I asked if It was possible I can get a better rate due to the fact I purchased my 2019 chevy impala from this same location on top of my car being in the shop with a geico claim number and she said no the rate is the rate what shows in the computer is what she has to give me.before I Gave in. I called my geico adjuster mike and he advised me she should still be honoring the rate $30-35 a day rate that I was getting prior because my car was still in the shop and I have a geico claim number, I explained to her and she said that's not how it works.once mike gave her my claim information she honored the rate. I then asked her why didnt you honor the rate when I tried to give you the same information.she said I never told her my car was in the shop.which is a lie. I understand upselling but stop trying to get over on valued customers

Super annoying reservation service. If you reserve something online, they may not even have the car at the store and they make you call around to find one. Every single time.

I usually rent out of Atlanta but dad in hospital in Tampa. Good customer service, hate they don't assist with rides.needed a ride to hospital and they said to far 5 miles.my car smelled like smoke. I guess with the storm people are doing more in the cars than normal. The car serve the purpose.

One star is a push for a review with this enterprise. The service I received here was horrible. I have never rented a car before and my first time experience was horrible. My car was damaged from hurricane Ian and my insurance had me get a car from this enterprise. They rented me a car first didn’t tell me the full price just told me I’d pay $3.00 a day I had it. I received an email the same day I got the car stating I had to bring it back to them by 8am the following day. My car obviously wouldn’t be ready in 24 hours. I tried calling to see what the problem was and they were closed so I brought the car back and had to get rides to and from work. I complained to the place fixing my car and they made sure I would get into another rental through this enterprise and apologized for complications. I go there and had to pay ANOTHER deposit. First car deposit was $56 and the other car was $50. They then tried to call me three days later saying I need to return the car and I’m 3 days over due and will be charged when my insurance is covering it. I called them the guy on the phone had no idea what he was talking about kept saying he honestly doesn’t know then I called my insurance and figured it out. I return the car on the due date of me getting my car back and have been waiting 5 days for my deposits back. Have not received either. I called and Brian picks up the phone and says oh after $35 of fees you’ll get $56 dollars. It says it was already sent over I’ll send you the email which he never sent and I never received $56 in my bank account. If you do the math $106-$35=$71. I want my deposits back. This place was horrible.

I like them. At first I was mad. They wont let u leave your personal vehicle in their lot, but the guy who processed me gave me some tips on what I could do. Everyone there is nice and doesn't come off rude in any way.got my vehicle and they gave me a Camry which was right up my alley. Thanks.

I made a reservation and when I arrived the vehicle wasn’t there. Brianna the store manager was so rude. He said you and 6 others In Tampa need a truck. Good luck. I showed him my reservation number and he said that’s no good here. It was made online and we don’t recognize those. Everything I asked him about or told him he said I was wrong or lying. He actually called me a liar. When I told him this was ridiculous and I was going to Hertz. He said “ That’s a great idea, you are rude and we have no trucks for you”
He actually called a customer rude. He was unable to answer my questions So
Instead of doing so chose to be rude and aggressive. I walked down the street. 3 miles to Hertz and got the vehicle I needed for work
In 5 min. Hertz was super polite, kind and helpful. We have cancelled our corporate account with Enterprise and opened one with
Hertz. So long to Brian and his poor customer service skills.

I had an excellent experience at this location. Dino and the entire staff took very good care of me and made sure I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this Enterprise to anyone and I will rent from here again and again.

Why in the heck does every Enterprise employee think they need to hustle you? Have the car I reserved, stop asking me for my employer or insurance company. What is the deal? You partner with Amex - If I hand you an Amex platinum stop asking me ridiculous questions.

My personal vehicle was in service for longer than expected and I was pleased to be able to rent from the local enterprise. At their location, Dino, Alicia and Dre all were instrumental in making the process of getting my rental car squared away; they made it so easy and they were all really a joy to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this enterprise location again.

Not only was I not planning on being in a accident, let alone in a rental. My experience so far has been amazing, car drives great, Alicia was amazing with entertaining my daughter as I did papers, and to top the ice cream on the cake I was picked up as soon as I parked my car at the Collison center, and into a new car in no time. I've told everyone I know about my experience so far with enterprise and will never use anyone else when needing a car rental

This place is very unprofessional and they really need to get rid of the manger. He is very racist to people of another color. I think his name is David. He has a history of this based on previous reviews. Enterprise is big rental company and this can’t be tolerated.
