Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Boca Raton FL

Had a reservation for a specific type of vehicle, showed up and gentleman behind counter said they did not have the car available and a different type of car would not be available for at least an hour. Claimed they called and left a voicemail prior to my arrival which was a lie, I never received a call or voicemail. To quote Jerry Seinfeld “you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them. ”

This is possibly the worst Enterprise in the state of Florida, avoid at all cost. The staff don’t care about helping any customers just there to check in and check out. It would be in Enterprises best interest to shutdown this location.

The Boca Raton FL office has the worse costumer service. They don't like you to ask any questions. They hang up the phone on me. They don't have any idea what good manners means.

The employees gave me a Royal treatment and were very helpful. I’ve been an enterprise customer for several years and alway has pleasant experiences

I love Enterprise Rental for several reasons and this location is my favorite. Everyone is so very nice and helpful. I never have any issues with my rentals or the customer service.

This is the second time I try to rent a vehicle at this location and every time I make a reservation the car I reserve is not available when picking up. If I reserve an SUV… don’t offer me a pickup truck, because I don’t need a pickup truck. They called me the day before to confirm the reservation and I told them I was going to pick up the SUV. When I arrive they don’t have the SUV. It’s the second time this has happened to me in the same location. Never again!

Edajh Fawkes is very attentive to the costumers needs, he really deserves five stars not only for he's honesty and personality but also for he's skills.

This location has come a long way under the new management of Corey, Kevin, and Edajh.

I needed a van and they didn’t have one available, this has been an issue all throughout the last 2 years, they were able to get me into a small SUV for a very fair price, and once a van came in they called me to come swap it out, a seamless transition.

I was using a rental while my personal vehicle had it’s transmission rebuilt, well it ended up taking longer and I kept having to extend my agreement without issue.

Fast forward 31 days when I finally get my car and am able to return theirs I left a key on the key ring, they recovered it for me and notified me immediately.

I could not be happier with the customer service at this location.

Very smooth experience from the first call, thanks to Kevin. After being involved with an accident and dealing with the at-fault party’s insurance I was feeling overwhelmed. Kevin and Nick got me in a great car and were both very helpful. Both are a true pleasure and an asset to Enterprise! Thanks for getting me on my way!

Had to pick up an F-250 because my truck work truck was in the shop they accommodated me at a reasonable price

The worst car rental experience i've ever had. Extreme harassment with daily phone calls, to make payments or have the car return, when my car is getting repair was unbelievable. The idiotic low IQ manager, was a total punk throughout the process.

Besides, they're not willing to work with you, only thing they care about is getting paid, nothing less. If you're looking to rent a car without constant harassment phone calls, and the manager breathing down your neck, please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

We had an awesome experience and service. Since we first walking in until we drop the keys off. Kia explained to us everything we needed to know, even I had some doubts during my trip to Orlando and called her for more details, always friendly and patient.
Nick did an outstanding job, checking the car, explaining about how enterprise works, he even got us a ride home. Thank you some much Enterprise team. Whenever we come back to the states and need a car, we know what door to knock.

I was recently in a bad car accident, and came to the rental agency very confused. I was helped by Louise and Vanessa. They were so kind and so informative. They saved me a lot of trouble with my insurance and told me everything that I needed to do to make sure the prices went smooth. I called them multiple times with questions and concerns and they were always available for support. They really went above and beyond to help me, and I am so grateful to the two of them. Anytime I need to rent a car I’m coming straight to this location and asking for those women.which happens often because I’m a traveling mom. Thanks girls!

It must be understand that this area (near to Century Village), is a tough place to work, with so many demanding customers that need to be explained details multiple times. I've seen how the staff deals with that and their patience amazes me.
They pick you up and drive you home, just as advertised.

They're liers and they try to give me the cheapest car, I spent the whole morning fighting and crying for them to give me a car at least equal size of my car.even after I talk to Geico on the phone and got a upgrade, enterprise still didn't want to give it to me.
After I called Geico a 2nd time and have them talk to each other, enterprise then had me wait another 2 hours.
Avoid a frustrating and embarrassing moment, don't go there.

Rented a car from here a few weeks ago. I had numerous problems, parts falling off car on highway, the nasty dirty smell of something. You couldn’t see out of the windows at night when other cars lights shined on the windshield. I literally had to pull over and try to wipe the windows. It just smeared. Yesterday I went to pick up a car, I guess they didn’t have a premium rental so they upgraded me to a luxury SUV. Think it was an Infinity Q60, not too sure, but it looked nice from the window of the building when they pointed it out to me. I was actually excited to get the car. After they called my name we walked out to the car and it was a mess. The car had scratches from top to bottom, the white smear on the windows that you couldn’t see out of made me walk away from getting a car. I had ti call an Uber to pick me up. I wasn’t about to have the same experience I had prior weeks. When I sat in the car my arm was sticking to the armrest it felt sticky and disgusting. Every where you look in the interior of the car it wasn’t clean. Nasty! I then found Turo. And wow! I saved almost half what I was to spend here at enterprise. Not to mention the main factor, it was clean! Seems enterprise needs some sanitary training. You lost a customer of over 25 years, with over 500 rental via business in my lifetime. Good riddance!

Competitive rates, good variety of cars available and you can have it brought to your home if you need. I highly recommend Enterprise and their friendly, professional staff.

Very friendly. Have cars when they say they will unlike other rental agencies who don't even bother to call you when they don't have your car like Hertz doesn't. Would definitely rent from again and again!
