Great! I reserved a minivan last minute since Avis had an issue with my reservation the day before. When I arrived, they were out of the minivans so they gave me a free upgrade to a premium SUV. The space was exactly what I needed. Wonderful service! You guys saved my holiday trip. Thank You!

James Small was great! Man I had to use his full name so people know who to ask for but it was Christmas weekend when I reserved a car from this location. Mr. Small made sure to keep it professional while at the same being open and understanding. Although it's a large enterprise he made sure to show that humanitarian side that made me feel that I'm not just talking to a robot but an actual person. It just makes the place feel more welcoming and made me more open to spending money.if you go to the Cassat location make sure to ask for James you'll see what I mean.

Reserve on line, when in one hour early, talk with them, finish paper work, and gave them my ID, Credit card, and insurance info,
Told to come back at noon car will be ready,
Came back no car but up grade for couple of dollars,
They have all my info with my insurance company to

This location does a lot of volume. And the customer service is wonderful. The staff is accommodating and very polite My new favorite location.

Although I expected a poopy experience, like I previously had, it was actually quite the opposite. I was in and out quickly. The only complaint I have is I work during the day so when I tried to drop off the vehicle there was a sign saying no car drop offs after hours. Had to just be late the next day for work in order to accommodate them.

I had the worst customer service experience today at the enterprise on casset ave in jacksonville florida. Totally unbelievable bad customer service with three employees. The general manager gave me his card but refused to give me any information for the other two employees. I asked to see the camera footage and the general manager stated that it does not have audio. I told him it does not matter and I want it reviewed. I was there from 2: 00 pm until approximately 2: 45pm today December 22,2023. I had a reservation and walked away without a vehicle. The genenral manager said that I made the two employees feel uncomfortable. I never raised my voice, used profanity or made any gestures toward anyone. The one male associate was upset because I asked him to stop apologizing everytime he raised the price. I asked for additional assistance besides him and was told that they would not rent to me. The general manager stated that he would look into it, instead of assisting me, and that he would give me a call in 30 minutes. It is now 5: 43 pm and I have not received a call. I have a trip planned for tomorrow. I went to Hertz and they assisted me with great custormer service. I am hoping that someone in a higher position than the general manager contacts me. I am extremely surprised at the non service I received with this company.

This was my very first time renting through Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They were professional and courteous. I know it could be challenging but they all remained polite to every customer at all times. A special thanks to. Nick; an awesome person indeed!

This location is awful. I made a reservation over a MONTH in advance for an SUV, when I arrived at the time of pickup for my reservation they didn’t have the car I reserved. Apparently making a reservation means absolutely nothing to them. They then tried to put me in a smaller car which would not work as I needed the larger car for work purposes. I then had to wait for an hour and a half for them to rent me a mini van that was on less than a quarter of a tank. If I didn’t need the vehicle for work I would have left immediately. I will make sure I never rent from this location ever again. Save yourself the headache and rent from a different location. There are plenty in the Jacksonville area that are 10 times better to rent from.

This is a follow up on my horrible experience with this S**T rental company and you can go look at the review on Lem turners' location. After they said this location had cars then evidently lied about that since we called to confirm and the lovely most intelligent "manager" at this location, which is Cassat, she told us that she does not have time to deal with us and that she has her own people to take care since she is so busy which is very hard to believe since there is not a single car at any location. Just your typical way of saying "we don't care about you we just want that check"

If you ever plan of renting a car DO NOT USE ENTERPIRSE

Great easy-going place, only flaw is the fleet of vehicles available. But the employees always looks out. London, always a great help.

The staff was nice. So much so I decided to upgrade my rental when I got there. Even gave me I ride to get my car frm the mechanic. Above and beyond duty.

Worst car rental experience ever!
Our car was totaled so our insurance booked a replacement rental with this location. We came in at 8: 30 one of their representatives took two men that she was flirting with in front of us. When it was finally our turn to be booked the next representative had a list of things that he couldn’t do to help us book but had no interest in explaining the company policy or expressing interest in our emergency situation. My husband was highly upset so we decided to go to our chiropractor appointment. We called Enterprise customer service to make a complaint and BeBe (the only light in this situation) fully explained the company requirements and sympathized with our situation. She advised us to get a duplicate drivers license even though we already had a valid one on the way and she encouraged us not to allow bad customer service to deter us from doing what we need to do for our family.
We went to the DMV, got a replacement license then returned to Enterprise (it’s 12p). When we returned we were literally placed in a rental car when they ask for a debit card with $50 in the drivers name. We were shocked but supplied a card. Then the rep said they can’t take the card because it doesn’t have a chip. We literally had to get out of the rental because of this after going to a chiropractor appointment and getting back braces. We had to go back inside to figure out a new hurdle that no one informed us of before time. We called our bank to see what could be done. They had so much pity on us in this situation that they gave us a credit on our business account so that we could leave (it was 2pm!)
I would not suggest this place for anyone who needs accident replacement!

Whenever I need to rent a car, Enterprise on Cassat Ave is my go to place. I've been dealing with Enterprise for years and it's always a pleasure. The employees are always helpful and kind. Thank you guys on Cassat Ave for excellent service!
