Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Crystal River FL

I reserved a car online and when we arrived to pick it up everything was ready and the transaction handled quickly. The same great service when we dropped it back off 2 weeks later. Crystal River, FL location has some great people working there. Thank you!

It's not the fault of the people working here at all, they were very cool and understanding, but when you reserve a car online what they don't tell you is that $300 will be added to the cost as a "deposit" you find out when you walk in to get your rentel.

The Chevy Suburban that I received was very clean and the young man who delivered the vehicle to me was very pleasant and explained everything very good.

The Crystal River location received a notification from my ins company on Mon morning, to contact me to get a rental car. They couldn’t be bothered to call within 2 business days, so I called Them. The mgr’s excuse? “I’m sorry, but we didn’t know when you needed it. ” My response was, “That’s because You didn’t call to find out! The day the insurance company notified you, is the day I needed the rental. That’s why they notified you. ” Seriously, that’s the ridiculous response from the person Enterprise has managing this location!

Jared and Gina have gone the extra mile helping me deal with auto insurance, they have definitely made a stressful ordeal easier for me to handle and I really appreciate it.

Management and staff are excellent. After a bad experience in Inverness a long time ago, I went to the Crystal River location and haven’t looked back. I have rented several times and will always use this location. No other location can compare to the level of service given from the Crystal River Team. You guys are awesome! I appreciate your help and kindness. Thank you!

I use the Crystal River Enterprise Rent-A-Car and they have always been understanding of my needs.
I have watched them transact with a lot of people over the years and they always find a way to accommodate the customer or help guide them to whom they should work with the fix the problem.

The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. I was greeted by staff upon my arrival and didn’t have to wait long to be helped. My rental situation was a little unusual, but the staff handled it well and got me on my way pretty fast. The car I got was in great shape. The return process was easy and fast. I would definitely recommend this location.

Called at 10: 47am to secure a rental. Stated they would have a car available after 2: 30pm. I called again at 4pm and they told me they would have a driver that was in my area come pick me up to get my rental. Of course they close at 5pm and nobody can be reached and I still don't have a vehicle. No vehicle=no work=highly upset customer.

These guys are awesome! I was misinformed about a multi month rental when I rented a car in another state. Instead of just doing what I asked them to do renewing my lease agreement and putting a considerable amount of cash in their till they were very helpful and honest and gave me good advice for getting it done when it had actually expired. They saved me well over $300 that I would have lost.

100% satisfied with my rental experience! After a car accident I needed to get a rental and I was fortunate enough to work with Ethan at enterprise. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Big shout out for Ethan you’re awesome. Enterprise was easy to do business with even working with another insurance Holder‘s insurance.

This Enterprise in Crystal River, Florida has always taken very good care of me, my family, my co-workers, the Scout Troop.always. This week was no exception, even with the hurricane in our area.

The service I received was great, but the vehicle they put me in should not be in the fleet, it was supposed to be an economy car, but it was much more like a matchbox.you felt every bump on the highway all the outside noise even the roaring of the engine, my trip to north Carolina was miserable
