17Booked a car at the airport after the site said there was one available. There was no cars for the next two hours. This company offered no assistance of any sort. No ride, no cab, no share ride, NOTHING! Worst customer service. Going to see if corporate can remove them from this airport. Avoid this company and its sister companies if you are in the Daytona Beach area. Would give it zero stars if that was an option.
Horrible customer service. While my vehicle is being repaired I received a rental from the Daytona Auto Mall location. I currently have three small children in car seats, and the Infinity QX80 and captain’s chairs in the second row it is almost impossible to find a configuration that works for my family, I need to be able to put all three car seats in the second row. The employees at the Auto Mall location told me to try calling the airport location to see if they had something that would work better. The woman that answered the phone barely let me explain my situation before telling me she had nothing for me. She asked me zero questions. Just “no, I don’t have anything. ” I made a booking online for a different vehicle that may have worked, called, and this time spoke to a man that was very helpful and went to check if the other two SUVs had second row benches, but they didn’t. Today I called again to ask, the lady I spoke to wanted to look up my reservation and tell me my insurance is only covering a standard SUV, not something large. I am in a QX80, I’m not looking for something bigger, and again with no clarification I was told they don’t have what I’m looking for. I asked if she even knew what I was looking for, she said “yeah, something with a third row. ” Tell me you weren’t listening without telling me you weren’t listening. She put me on hold, and then had the woman from the day prior get on the phone again and tell me they had nothing for me with the other woman laughing in the background. At least they were having a good time, I guess. Who cares about customer service?
Absolute trash! Was turned away from a reservation at Daytona airport because my license had a half inch crack in it. Thank goodness there were other options nearby, even tho now I'm forced to pay more now. So upset.
I was in a rough spot with an issue by another enterprise location that had the capacity to ruin transportation for my family's holiday vacation. I was assisted by Claude at the Daytona location who was the consummate professional and stepped up and addressed the issue. His customer focus and helpful spirit is a credit to his agency. If he is an example of what an enterprise employee is supposed to be, I will be using enterprise rentals in the future.
Fast friendly service. Can was very nice but was much larger than I'd reserved. Since this was the off season, I'd have expected to get what I'd reserved from the web. It's a bit of bait and switch though the car I got was quite new and I was happy with it. It was just a bit harder to see out of and to park than I'd desired.
Unprofessional and way, way too expensive! Called five times on Saturday when our car had broken down, not sure which location we were being transferred to, but know that we asked for assistance in possibly having a car delivered to where AAA had dropped us, were told that we needed to purchase a particular "plan" with it, and then click. Nothing, called back four more times, basically begging for a rental car and no help whatsoever, so went into the Airport to rent a car and it cost for a Saturday, Sunday, Monday and return on Tuesday, an immense amount of money, even after joining their "rewards" program. Take it from me, Avis, Budget, even Hertz are less expensive and more professional.
They just tried to charge me 400$ for a four hour rental to take my dying cat to the hospital.
BEWARE- I rent weekly from Enterprise and recently they have been sneaking in $1-$3 in a "re-fueling" charge saying that their cars are "Connected" and I didn't bring it back as full as when I left. Even when you fuel up half a mile from the location. It's a scam and they know it! Seems to be on GM vehicles- AVOID! Think about how much they are SCAMMING each consumer $1-$3 per car per day per location! I smell a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT COMING!

Updating this review because I finally got through to a guy and he was very nice and tried to be helpful. It was too late for me for the rental but at least he was polite and kind. The girl should be spoken to for sure, there is no reason to speak to any human being that poorly, she’s better suited for Walmart.
I love love love this location. They make my vacations very easy when I come. Alexandria is super knowledgeable and gives great customer service. I will definitely be going to her superiors because there is no way she is not management. My family comes in and I always make sure they find her. This location needs more individuals like her and I swear it will turn around. I will be seeing her real soon for my next rental. ️
Have been using another rental company for 10 years.it really "HURTZ"! But Alexandria at Enterprise made this fast, easy, and efficient. What a great start to vacation! Will definitely make this my new rental company!
Extremely rude and disrespectful. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced at any establishment from restaurants, hotels ect. Never had any one person more rude or disrespectful in 41yrs of my life then the girl who was at the counter today. Wow
My whole weekend is ruined. Had a reservation for 12 they didn't cars. I drove 45 minutes to this location just for them not to have a car. While I was standing there another gentleman walked up and they told him the same thing. Thats ridiculous. Not to mention the attitude I was given by the little young girl at the counter. Who needs that when Enterprise dropped the ball because you don't have the car that your website says you have. It is not the customer fault that the website will allow them to book a car that is not available third party booking or not!
I even called Enterprise to confirm my reservation before I packed bags with my three yelling kids and drove 45 min just to sit around Daytona for 2 hours, never get a car, and drive 45 minutes back home. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.so unprofessional, unempathetic, and apologetic about their mistakes and make you feel like you're the one that's wrong.
Dec 2020-Jan 2021 Fraudulently charged a cleaning fee for interior damages from a pet. I do not have a pet, nor did I have any animals in the rental vehicle. I have received atrocious customer service. The Daytona Beach Airport Enterprise Rental Office manager unfairly assessed a cleaning charge to a vehicle that was rented to me in poor condition from the FXE rental counter. Trying to obtain a refund of the $250 cleaning fee has been a huge run-around and waste of several hours of time. Today the Desk clerk hung up on me when I was still speaking. Enterprise has really gone down hill as a company. Rental vehicles are often dirty/not properly cleaned. I will never rent from Enterprise again.
They double charged me and NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY FOR THE FIRST CHARGE. The branch manager for this location did not contact accounting until the 19th of OCTOBER when the transaction happened on the 27th of SEPTEMBER! I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AND FRANKLY ENTERPRISE EVER AGAIN.
Adam Has Horrible Customer Service skills! The worst at any Enterprise I have been to over the entire east coast. Not Happy!
