I had a great experience at Enterprise I Sun City Florida! The person I worked with was most helpful (Drena Kaiser)

A busy place but the staff are friendly and very professional! Cars are well kept and cars are ready when you go to pick them up. There's a variety of cars but many of them are used cars not new. This helps keep their rates down.

I had a car rental from the 14th Street Bradenton location. The oil change light came on this past week. I tried calling the 14th Street location 3 times. The first two times it hung up without anyone speaking to me after 10+ minutes each. The third time they answered, when I told them that the oil light was on they hung up on me.

This Sun City location was closer to me so I headed here to see what I am supposed to do. I figured if they told me I had to go to the original location I would, but I just needed guidance on what needed to be done.

I worked with Kierra Jackson at this location. She was able to find me in the system and confirm the car was due for an oil change based on mileage. She was able to get me in a new car. This new car isn't as nice as what I was in, but considering she wasn't expecting me to come in and take a car from her lot and she was able to get me in and out very quickly, I was still very pleased. Thank you Kierra for making my morning a little less stressful.

Conner Brown's help was excellent in our pickup and drop off of a rental vehicle. We will be happy to use the Enterprise office near Sun City Center, FL again.

Ive mever been asked where I work in order to receive a rental. The sun city center location manager said if I didn't answer their question I would not be able to rent a vehicle. I felt bullied into answering the question since I needed a rental while my personal vehucle was in the shop being fixed.
I also gave my driver license and credit card info online to save time but seems they needed all that same info again and it did not save anytime.
After my trip I returned the vehicle to a very nice woman who asked if id leave a survey. I though what a perfect time to expose the sun city cemter management to the rest of the world simce this is a global survey.
The rental car was nice and clean and ran and drove just fine.
I would of given enterprise 5 stars but since the manager said if I don't tell them where I work I won't receive a rental, I felt bullied.
Its not enterprises protocol to ask, and ive never been asked previously from enterprise or the other rental vehicle companies.
Usually they asked those type of questions in a survey with an option to or not to disclose that information.
Could of been a five star review for enterprise.
I will continue to use enterprise with hopes of improvement.

My experience at this branch in SSC (regarding an unexpected, urgent need for a rental car, right before Christmas) was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, Drena handled my rental and she was vey professional and extra thorough when we walked around the car checking for damage. I received a courtesy call the next day to make sure the car was ok. Then I had a pleasant ride to the repair shop by James when I returned the rental car!

Have had to use this company several times and they are fantastic! Kierra has been wonderful in helping with our reservations.

The staff and management at the sun city center location. Went far and beyond the call of duty. Had a rough start with some issues and when the manager found out that my child is special needs with the situation that happened with my wife and child. He personally called me and told me that he took it very personal and that he was saddened and disappointed with the whole circumstances of our situation. It truly warmed my heart that my family and I weren't treated like we were some numbers. We were actually treated like people and that we matter. Best wishes to the whole team there or should I say my family. Thank you so much for everything and have a wonderful and happy Christmas.

Kierra was Awesome! Clean car, Proffessional service, and good price. I will rent from here again.

Sent my father in to pick up a truck for traveling. Called a day before to confirm appointment and to let them know we needed the truck and asked for a full cabin and 4wheel drive as we would be traveling through terrain that required so with four adults. Was told that would be no issue. He arrives for appointment and is led to believe the truck may or may not be there and then has to wait for it to be cleaned. Truck had chewed sunflower seeds all through center console. Gross. It was a half cab so it was very tight for the four adults we had in truck and did not receive 4 wheel drive. Another issue was the attitude in the office, manager or assistant manager lady in office clearly did not want to be there. And was extremely unhelpful to the other customer in the office. He was there for an insurance rental and was willing to wait for vehicle he needed. Simply asked if they could notify him if one came in and they refused to assist him in finding an office that had vehicle telling him they can’t see other offices. A lie. They told him they couldn’t call him when one came to that office. Another lie. Generally unhelpful telling him his only option was to upgrade and pay more than he was comfortable with. As a former employee this is appalling and certainly not what enterprise would like people to think of there company. My father, who only knows enterprise through me could even tell what she was saying was absolute B. S.the MT in the office was pleasant and helpful. I believe her name started with D, she was the only redeeming part of the whole experience

I rented online and when I showed up at the appointed time I was given an upgrade because my class was not available. Jude Kanaa was friendly and helpful and adjusted the cost to reflect what I was quoted online. Delivery at the end of my rental time went just as smoothly. Connor Brown checked the car and the paperwork and went over the final charge in a friendly and efficient manner. Both young men are management trainees. I think they will do well. I often rent from this office when I'm in Florida and this encounter encourages me to continue.

Must be the post COVID "attitude"- because I've been a long time customer of Enterprise rental here at the Sun City Center in FL.
I can understand when they are short on certain vehicles but treating customers like they are waisting "Their" time renting us a vehicle!? I'll plan ahead and rent from an Airport. Better deals and I have never been ignored or mistreated. End of my business with Enterprise!
