Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Miami FL

Rented a one way drop off from FLL before our cruise. Was sent to this location to return the vehicle, the office is located in a hotel with zero curb parking, female staff member was rude, office was dirty and they refused drop off of the vehicle. Was told to take it back to where we picked it up. This experience not only put a bad taste in our mouths, but enterprise has lost another customer. We where late to our cruise because of the fiasco. No compensation was provided. Don't get Enterprised

We had a great experience here. Waited 10 mins to be helped as the employee was helping others when we came in. Rented a car within 10 mins. He was really nice. The car was nice. Used the car for 2 days and no issues at all, including upon return. Would come back again.

Absolutely pathetic location. The manager is very bad. They were trying to give a damanged car, manager was not ready to note any damage. When asked a question she cancelled the reservation.

Good riddance in hindsight.

Manager lady extremely rude to everyone there. People that had reserved cars had to wait because their cars weren't there. One lady got downgraded from a mini van to a compact car for no explanation. BRING PROOF OF INSURANCE! This location will give you a very hard time without it but completely fail to mention they require it when you reserve your vehicle. A ridiculous business location best to AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

After receiving some of the worst customer service ever with Carmen. “Even though I believe that’s a fake name” Carmen said they have no vans. Right than a co worker came in and said “we have some vans” Carmen insisted that we still couldn’t rent the van. God blessed us and she stepped away, we were lucky enough to have Jordan Adams start helping us out. He really changed the whole vibe and solved the situation. This would have been a one star review if it wasn’t for Jordan’s excellent customer service. Carmen should look into another job she’s a horrible people person. Everyone else dealing with her was upset as well. Reading these reviews really reveals how trash she is.
PS. Without Vossie we might have not gotten our van. Thanks man

First, I have to say that I rent a car with Enterprise nearly 4 months total out of the year for work. I have picked up cars all across the country and have never had quite the experience I did with picking up a car at this location (Double Tree Miami Edgewater). The area is a complete mess as the office is located inside the hotel. I rented a small SUV for 3 days starting at 10AM. I arrived and no one was at the desk; we waited over 10 minutes for someone to come back to the desk. When two young ladies finally arrived back to the office, they continued to gossip/talk about everything, including how much they hated their job and that they had "no cars". They never acknowledged me and after about 5 more minutes, I finally interrupted their conversation and asked if someone was going to help me. At this point, it was 10: 30AM. They looked at me with disgust, said they'd be with me in a few. Meanwhile, the line of customers are backing up out the doors. They tell me they don't have the type of car I requested, which I understood; I said anything but a mini-van. The woman working said she was going to drive to another location and trade cars so we could get something comparable. She says, "be back in 10 minutes! ". 35 minutes later she arrives with a MINI-VAN. She gets a phone call from someone inside and they said they have a Bronco for me instead if I'd like it. I said, "sure". Then they said they just have to clean it and it'll be another 10 minutes. So I waited. Then 15 minutes later they tell me they accidentally gave the Bronco away to the person behind me in line. So I had to use this mini-van or nothing. I then agreed to take it and asked for the business card of the location manager. She said they "don't have that information". So I asked for the district or regional manager card.she says, "We don't have one. " AKA- she didn't want me to complain. I am re-thinking using Enterprise for my company use, which is thousands and thousands of dollars each year. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND STAFF! So unfriendly, so unprofessional, and so out-of-touch with customer service. Shocked by the type of employees this location hired. Good luck.

If I could I would have give 0 stars! The people there are so unprofessional, we booked a car for 8AM, when we arrived this morning they just told us that they don’t have the car.and didn’t suggest any solution. We came to pick up the car from Miami Beach. The lady behind the desk was actually saying that’s it was our fault because we book on last minute (24h before the pickup). Such a joke! I really do not recommend this place!

Place is terrible no customer service at all. Let us sit out front of the hotel they are at for 7 hours and told us to find a car at another location. Erica is the want to be acting manager has no customer service skills at all. So after breaking down in the car they gave us it took 10 hours total to get back on the road with a second Uber trip to another enterprise location to get a rental

I rented a car 1 day before and received a confirmation via email.
When I went to pick up the car there was no car available.

Possibly the worst enterprise location I’ve dealt with. Very understaffed which leads to a tremendous backup of clientele waiting for service. I’ve been to this location 4-5 times and have yet to receive a smooth experience. Most recently, I waited 30 minutes to even see a representative in the office.

I’ve never seen a more despicable level of customer service out of this branch. First off, two enterprise phone reps said they have after hour returns, and then I see two of the branch employees in the office after the hours. They proceed to say only “we’re closed” time and time again and will not even have a discussion on how to handle the return that the company claims they do. Massively rude and entirely unhelpful

Useless don’t waste your time. Reserved an SUV called multiple times to confirm, arrived no one at counter, when they finally helped us they didn’t have the car. Just take Ubers.

This is by far the worst car rental location in the world. Do anything and everything to rent from another car rental agency.

My friend had a very bad experience with the manager here. He was treated very rudely and disrespected. Should fire him immediately.

Worst experience with the manager Mr. Norman while visiting Miami as a Tourist.
He doesn’t know how to talk to the customers.
I’m really surprised to think how Enterprise kept him as a Manager!
He is mentally sick.
