Extremely helpful the car rental we had mechanical issues they helped us out right away and got us back on the road

Absolutely one of the worst rental car experiences my family and I have ever been through. This location insists on using false advertising to get the reservation booked and then once you arrive, the details of your reservation have completely changed. It's a very shady and scam /like tactic (bait and switch scenario)! Is that the agents are using at this location. I highly suggest the manager to take action because every time I've called or went by there conveniently there's no manager available or on duty very strange. Do not give these people
your debit or credit card information!
I've been waiting about a week for a manager or anyone from corporate to call back which they have not so that tells you what kind of company Enterprise corporation really is.

This is one of the most poorly and mismanaged reservations through Enterprise Rental Car corporation that I've ever encountered during my thirty plus years of business travel.the two gentlemen that I had to deal with one was named Norm the other one was Percy. The racism and discrimination given to me (antisemitism) and other I guest next to me (Asian). Was completely disgusting and deserves immediate reprimand and prosecution offense. We received a clean practicality brand new car with awesome friendly fast service & I appreciate that especially when you have to catch a flight ️

Always a pleasure dealing with the associates at this location. Never had an issue at pick up. Staff is super friendly and helpful!

Was able to pick up in 1 location & return to a different location with free shuttle to my destination with ease.

It's was actually at the Rosen Hotel for a Christmas event. I did not participate with Enterprise Rent a Car.

Rental car wasn't ready when I had reserved it for. Orlando International Airport is a snakepit. Have to go into terminal to do the paperwork at the counter, then walk across to the parking garage to actually get the car. Not very quick or efficient. Car, once you got it was fine.

Enterprise has the best prices for renting a car and the nicest people that made an effort for us to be fully satisfied with their service. We would definitely recommend them. Thank you very much guys!

This was a little hard to find since it's inside a convention center tucked away to the side but once we found it, the staff was friendly and happy to help accommodate our reservation to the best of their ability. We wanted a car with a GPS system but they had run out so they provided us with a discounted car that had Bluetooth instead. I would definitely use them again when I go back to Florida

Enterprise is not a good company due to poor customer service or just pick whim they want to serve

I recently rented a car from this Enterprise location and it was a great experience.

I booked a Toyota Corolla (or similar) and I was delighted to be given a 2022 Ford Explorer SUV with 6 seats. It was easy and enjoyable to drive!

The pick-up location was easy to find inside the Rosen Center Hotel (which you cannot miss on International Drive) and the staff were very friendly.

The price wasn't cheap but it was very reasonable compared to other rental companies whose prices had soared since 2020.

Will NOT pick you up! And they'll be rude and snarky about it. Get cancer, you reprobates!

Enterprise website says open on sunday. Reserved for Sunday morning, nothing stopped me bc I used their info tobase the booking. Called Enterprise to get situation fixed on that morning. 100 dollars more for same car from a nearby location and was told they couldn't discount to my original rate. I will never use enterprise again. They can't even get the hours of their own stores right.

DO NOT HIRE FROM HERE! We had an absolute nightmare with these. Rung the day before ri check to see if they had any cars available for the next day with which they agreed we walked miles from our own hotel to find (also a nightmare) to be told that we needed the driving license that matched the card we was paying with (even though it was my partner going to be driving) should have been told this beforehand. So we had to wait ages for a taxi and waste more money on that back to the hotel and back. Then the lady made out we was getting it at a really good discounted rate. We'll the 230 dollars offered was stated on the page you signed but on the back it said my card had been debited 350! Absolute rip off wasted alot of our time and money that was meant for our vacation

I give 5 Stars because the employees work their A** off for the customer. Too bad their company is run by people with no vision on what good customer service and organization looks like. Stupid check in procedure. Really, this is the 21st century, right?

I've never been disappoianted with Enterprise, yet my experience at this location was the BEST! The guys here were AWESOME! My entire experience was great, especially the free upgrade from economy to midsize. Thanks so much. I'll be coming back!
