Great service. Great experience. Staff really took care of me while my car was in the shop for repairs.

I just wanted to say what an outstanding customer experience I had at this location. Kimberly handled my reservation for the rental, and also the return, and everything was so efficient, and pleasant. Also, the day I returned the vehicle, I arrived a few minutes before the time their office opens. I, and several other people were waiting in the parking lot, and we were greeted very courteously by staff members upon them opening the door, and they immediately started assisting customers. A big thank you to the staff at 4442 W. Colonial Enterprise for a great rental experience.

Customer service is impeccable. Always get my rental car from this location only. Best service and good cars!

There were very professional and they made my reservation so convient checking the rental In/Out.

I've rented from other locations without a problem. Can to this location and they called me 2hrs before my pickup time and told me there was an extra $300 deposit fee. This wasn't in my quote or anywhere online. I told them I was using a credit card and they said it didn't matter. This was very unexpected expense that could have been planed for

Great location, everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Service agent Connel did a great job. 4 stars because I had to take what I could get when choosing a rental. What I got was still a nice just not what I wanted.

Was dissapointed when they didn't have a car avaliable for our booking time "due to computer not knowing the right invantory" and setting our trip back a day but the workers the next morning were outstanding. Even calling and checking on things later in the day. Turned a unhappy start into a good ending. Car worked great and will be back bc of those two workers on Thursday 1/19/23.

I was greeted by Trevor who directed me to get help by destiny who was on the phone. Waited for 10/15 mins while Trevor and deisha just looked at me. The ringing phones were more important to pick up on the first ring then a customer standing in front of them.

After destiny got off her professional phone she assisted me …. Not even 30secs later Trevor helped the lady in line behind me.

Destiny asked Trevor for help and insinuated to him that I was upset …. Instead of Trevor trying to resolve my issue he became aggressive and informed me that Honda and enterprise a two different entities.

Then returned to his customer trying to get her to buy coverage for her vehicle.

Great experience with this location. Had a car accident and started the rental through our insurance policy. The agent Matt was amazing. He explained to us everything that the insurance agency did not. We had a newer car that had all of the features we explained that we needed. We had to call weekly to renew while waiting for the insurance to process the car, and the location was very helpful in making that a smooth process. We ended up with the car for 6 weeks and based on their customer service we ended up purchasing a car from Enterpise. I would recommend this location or all rental needs.

I love renting from enterprise the people that work there is always nice and very accommodating. I have never had a problem.

Literally the ONLY location I will go to. Conveniently located (for me at least), every employee (at least those that I've worked with) is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Even when there is an issue they work with you to get it sorted out. Picking up is a breeze and dropping off is even easier. 10/10!

Rented the day before new years eve and although the office was really busy, the team provided exceptional customer service. By time I got to the location, there were only few option left in the class I reserved. I was sad to hear this, but the manager Gabe saw to it that I was still a happy camper. He got the best vehicle in that class cleaned and I went with the associate M'bark (fantastic guy) to ensure it was filled up and I was ready to go. SUPER great service, kind, and courteous. 10/10 highly recommend.

When I tell you that this was the first time I’ve rented from this location. Seth was the best! He was courteous, straight the the point, aware of the time restraints, there was no cars available and I was there for 2 hours with other customers in front of me. He made my experience memorable due to him upgrading me to a vehicle outside of what I ordered, every week when I called to extend the rental, he was able to assist and he kept a smile on his face the whole time. Having this vehicle for a month was well worth it, due to him! He definitely needs a raise!

I must say the two times I’ve went to this location Mr. Matt Williams made us feel like family. That young man went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Matt is such a humble sweet young man with excellent customer service. If y’all ever go to this location ask for Matt Williams You won’t be disappointed, he makes sure you are completely satisfied and tries to make the whole process easier and fast.
