I needed a car at the very last minute came to this location and met fe fe she has a great personality and sense of humor the staff was patient and work great together! And she got me in a vehicle in a decent time matter.

The ladies and gents that work at this location go through A LOT between having to deal with South Florida’s finest clientele and their posh needs to repeating themselves all day long answering calls. I once had to sit around waiting for a car to hopefully come back into the lot when they were all out of cars and I just felt so bad for them having to field all the bad news phone calls telling people they don’t have cars. I felt for them! ️

Daria is always on top of things and needs to be promoted!

I personally was not satisfied with the service within this location.
There is almost no way to call them. And sometimes you really need to. I had a flat tire and couldn't get anybody on the phone.
One of their salesperson tells customers to email him any time, but it still never works. Sometimes he replies, sometimes not.
And for some reason, I had to ask them multiple times, even drive to the actual location to get my receipt. They were just charging my account and have not provided the receipt over the email.
When I was at the branch and asking for receipts, reps were clearly annoyed by the necessity to explain the charges and were openly mocking me.

I hated the whole experience with them. Go to Airport location or other company.

Given a vehicle with bold tires in which one of them got a flat and now nobody can't seem to get me a replacement vehicle or fix the tire

Was involved in an accident where the other party was at fault but rental was not covered in my insurance so I had to payout of pocket while waiting to be reimbursed. The team at 25 pembroke rd Enterprise in Hallandale fl 33009 made my rental experience a breeze, especially Tanisha, Daria and Phylicia. They helped me get into something comfortable and were even able to get me a discount during the rental making the strain on my pockets alot lighter. I had an mechanical issue after renting it for about a month and a half and get this, they got me a free upgrade at the same price, shouts out to these ladies and the help they gave me make my experience so very enjoyable. Will definitely rent from them again when I take my wife and kids out of town for the holidays.

Used and worn cars inside like they’re 10 years old but they’re only 2020. AC barely worked. Bad brakes. They never pick up the phone at this location. They just don’t want to. And they lie and say they have a problem with their phone lines. They don’t care and this company doesn’t care.

Needed a car for a weekend trip to Tampa, Josh was so kind and helped me out with my first rental! Did the walk through and made sure I was all set. When I returned, I was helped by another kind young Gentleman who I can't seem to remember his name who checked the car real quick and submitted my $300 deposit refund In less than a minute! It was easy Peezy and I will def be a returning customer:)

We had an A+ car rental experience with Enterprise in Hollywood FL. Car was ready when they said it would be, the process was quick, friendly and professional, and the team (thank you Teddy!) helped us round up an extra minivan for my brother in law in a pinch. We appreciate you "going the extra mile" for us, and thanks!

The vehicle needs better upkeep. It was loaded with small roaches. Made the experience awful and embarrassing for those who rode in car. Have yet to be compensated for the inconvenience. ️

The employees at this location are doing their best, the company other other hand doesn't keep many cars available. You're best calling ahead and asking what they have available.

I have been using this office for the past 7 years and have always been satisfied. Wonderful work wonderful service. All employees who I worked with did a great job. I especially want to mention the manager Eric Pfefer He is very customer oriented, flexible approach, always trying to do the best for the client. Thanks Erik Thanks guys.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! LITERALLY HORRIBLE! Even the manager ignored us and was talking with a friend instead of trying to resolve our issue! First, after doing everything right, we got the worst customer experience and actual indifference towards helping us. Our insurance gave us a reservation due to a hit and run accident, the location we tried to pick up only had trucks/vans so we asked them to look up other locations with sedans. We then called those 2 locations in advance, the number for Hallandale location routed us to the corporate number vs office number, they confirmed thay we could pickup a our reservation and get a sedan today at this location the same morning. Instead, we're told we'd have to pay for our reservation cause we made reservation originally through different location. Then after being confirmed we'd have a car today they tell us there's nothing available! After driving to 2 locations/calling 3 places, they basically say "too bad" despite speaking with someone on the phone and getting a comf. Then they have the audacity to say "you should have called/spoken to us" even though i tild them their number routed to corporate. They say "oh you have to hit star or 4" like I knew thay and was my choice. After being DISMISSED, we try to speak to manager, But his friend comes in And is too busy chattingto help us. All they say is "too bad" and essentially should have know how to reach them via phone tree. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER In an age where customer experience is more prevalent than ever i was treated horribly!
