I had an amazing experience they did everything possible to accommodate me and after I returned the car they made sure I had a ride back to work. Everyone was so nice and understanding. They gave me a clean smoke free vehicle.

John was awesome, he took care of me as soon as i walked in the door. He was very polite and courteous. And took the time to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend him and Enterprise car rental.

Amazing experience at this location. John was thorough, kind, and very informative. I usually rent with National but next time I’m in Ft. Meyers again, I will definitely be choosing this enterprise branch again due to the exceptional service from John and team here.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. So rude I truly don’t think these people were ever taught proper manners. They talk to you as if you’re a child and believe they are above people. The assistant manger told me “If you would like me to rent you a car you have to give me a good score first”. So unprofessional.

It took a little longer than I would have liked to get our car. However, the staff was great. Very patient with a few other customers who were a little demanding. I was impressed with how they handled the situations

Very nice employees and willing to help.not sure if each branch is capable of different abilities but they were willing to ensure I got a car that fit my needs before I left after having already been to another enterprise location and no on offered the same service.appreciate how nice and helpful they were after I turned in the car and also needed to update the email on my account for a receipt.

Setting up the reservation was.effortless. I had to change a few dates without one complication. Easy and very accommodating staff. Friendly when I picked the car up and friendly with return.

Car was alright. Staff was nice. I was charged for an extra hour because the line was long when I got there so by the time they checked me in it had been 30 minutes past my return time. Get there early

Overpriced repairs. Next time I'll replace the splash guard for 1/4 the price. Absolutely SCAM! Sent me the bill 4 months later.

This location is close my house, so I use it periodically to rent a vehicle. It closes at 5, and only open until noon on Saturday. In my opinion, the biggest issue with this location is they don't have enough staff and all the cars that I have received have high mileage. The phone is usually ringing off the hook, and there is a line of people waiting for cars. Even with a reservation the other day, it took 30 minutes to get a car at 4: 30pm. They were spraying off cars in the back while a group of us waited for cars. The car I received the other day had over 40k miles and looked like it was in need of new tires. When they finally did answer the phone, it was someone complaining their rental car from that location had broken down somewhere. The Enterprise staff told the person they would have to Uber it to the airport, and Enterprise would send a tow truck for the vehicle. The female manager at the location is very pleasant and tries to resolve things, but she isn't always there. I hope they try and get some newer vehicles in, and are better staffed in the future. That would definitely help things a lot, especially for the local clients who are regular customers.

This Enterprise location has a very kind and helpful staff. Not to mention very fast and easy service! We will definitely come back to this Enterprise. Thank you so much!

I can say every time I have gone to enterprise I have been treated with respect and have been given a good reliable vehicle. I definitely would recommend anyone to use enterprise when needing a vehicle.

Had an amazing experience working with the employees at Enterprise. Was able to pick up my rental vehicle in the morning, as promised. The process was quick and easy with minimal work since my insurance had covered the rental for 30 days. The repair shop that my car was at took longer than 30 days so Enterprise stayed in touch with me regarding when I’d be returning the rental. They (Jessica specifically) were extremely generous and understanding with my situation. I appreciate the patience that was offered. When dropping the rental off, again… process was quick and easy. Definitely will be using Enterprise for any and all their services in the future.

The team in your office were all on top of their game. They were timely, professional and showed compassion during a stressful time considering the customer (me) needed a vehicle under unexpected circumstances.

Great service by the staff but car was very dirty. Car stunk like cigarettes and water damage. Also the back license plate light was falling off and the cat felt like it needed tires balanced and aligned.

Horrible service. Was given a defective product. Drove the car home only to find out the next day the key fob stopped working. I was told they knew they were having problems with it before giving me the car. Then I was informed I had to work around their tow truck schedule and to get a replacement vehicle. If I wasn’t with the car at the time they came, I forfeited my replacement and would need to Uber to their location. Utterly ridiculous! I have a full time job with my own commitments and I am also a caregiver to my elderly parent. This was entirely their fault and were very unaccommodating when I requested they work around just 1 hour of the day where I would be unavailable. I DO NOT recommend this location, nor Enterprise in general and will not be utilizing their services again.

I use enterprise because of the service. No stress. Very flexible. And the agents represent the business in a very positive way.

My sister returned a rental and had some concerns about Billing. Anna attempted to help but after not getting the right answers I spoke with Will the manager. He is phenomenal- customer service extraordinaire! He was able to resolve all the billing issues with the 3rd party and was able to refund my sisters card for the $50 authorization. I can’t speak highly enough about Will, he is what makes Enterprise so great!
