Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Live Oak FL

If you are planning on renting a car Around the holiday, be smart and don't wait until 2 days before the holiday. They probably will not have the inventory which is not their fault. I felt bad for the agent that was getting reamed because they rented a car 2 days prior and they were mad because there wasn't one available.

Oh, Enterprise employees at the Live Oak Office. You are such a disappointment. You should not get paid to do the job if you're not going to do it. I'm pretty sure they don't pay you both to sit in a chair 8 hours and nothing. I made a reservation early Monday morning for a FULL size truck. I made the extra effort to go up there to make sure I got a full size truck. Which I did not see but was assured that I would have one. I also call the reservation center because I don't see a full size truck on the lot and she also assures me one is coming back in for me to have today. She adds a note to the reservation that I need a FULL size truck also. This is Tuesday morning in case you were curious. Today I go up there to get my truck at 10 am. GUESS What? I go inside and the guys behind the desk say Can I help you. I said yes sir I am here to pick up the truck I reserved for today. He says, I don't have a full size truck I have this Toyota Tacoma. I said your kidding me right? I reserved this truck Monday morning and Noone called to tell me you didn't have one. I made the extra effort on Monday afternoon to come up here and Tuesday morning and still I don't get what I reserved. No effort was put in by either person nor where they sympathetic or even acted as if they cared. I will not use Live Oak enterprise again.

Enterprise in Live Oak needs to improve their customer service. First of all, they didn't hives the xar we needed and they said they will. They gave the car to soneone else. The man who is always on the phone and doesn't answer customer's questions needs to leave.
I forgot something on the car I rented and returned, nobody answered the phone to help me to retrieve my belongings.

The manager there Travis is very unprofessional he calls and messages daily when you have a rental for insurance purposes. My vehicle is still in shop and normal working people have jobs that don’t allow cellular phone usage he reports you non responsive to insurance companies and harasses daily for payment. Like people just want to steal their vehicles. Very bad customer service I now have to return rental while my vehicle is still in the shop because I get paid on Friday and won’t be able to make my payment until I get paid. If I could I would rate -10 for poor customer service.

The staff was very friendly. I just wish they were open for a half day at least on the weekends. Needed a car for an appointment at 9 am Monday morning and Enterprise doesn't open until 8 am. Cutting it extremely close. I was actually late.

Same as any other vehicle rental place except the choices are typically slim and holidays don't bother being there all rented out on holidays. But service is good and friendly.

Kinda disappointed in the costumer service department at the live oak Florida's location. I have a total loss accident and the advertisement clearly states they will pick you up.well when I spoke to John he told me Jennings fl was out of there "30 mile range"!? ! Your wrong john it's only 24.5 miles.nothing to this old army vet! Thanks John @ the live oak Floridas office.

An Enterprise in North Carolina rented me this vehicle for a month after I got into an accident totaling my vehicle. Was definitely not the car that I wanted at first. But it was great. Good on gas, smooth ride, and very luxurious on the inside. When I returned the vehicle, the people at the location in Live Oak were really friendly, and checked the gas, and let me go. Super simple and quick. Thanks for the service.

A car rental service that doesn't rent cars. No one wants a car to just drive around Live Oak. Good luck everyone, apparently there's no way out of Florida.

Reserved a economy vehicle a month ago, and they didnt have it on pickup. The only vehicle they had as a "upgrade" was a 15 passenger van. We took it as we were about to miss our flight. The van is filthy, only had 3/8 of a tank of fuel, no washer fluid, and smells of smoke. The manager says the vehicle was due for service. That's a understatement. The vehicle has a shake in the front, pulls to the right, and the tires are at the wear marks in the rear. Among numerous other faults on the interior. This is no upgrade with the considerably lower fuel mileage and filth. In this day and age with covid, you'd think the interior would atleast all be wiped down. Oh thanks for the one small Clorox wipe for the steering wheel.

I believe the gentleman that helped me was named Paul and he was super attentive. I ended up driving a brand new Toyota 4 runner vs a Ford escape. I lucked out. Overall great experience!

I think the office and management staff at enterprise rental in Live Oak, Florida are the best and dose a great job in making the customer feel welcome and please to be a enterprise rental customer. Great Customer Service Matter's! Thank you and Keep up the good work!
