Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Punta Gorda FL

Probably the worse car I have ever rented from Enterprise. The car had virtually no trunk. A wrench light was on the entire time and it made weird noises. I did not have time to reach out and ask for another vehicle. The service tech compensated me by taking money off the bill when I turned it back in. This I greatly appreciate, as normally my experiences with Enterprise have always been wonderful.

Picked up car, did not have a fuel tank of gas, low windshield wiper fluid light came on and half eaten payday candy bar in the back seat.

Had an issue with the oil light on my rental coming on while I was driving. Enterprise made it right by me as always. That's why I will never rent anywhere else!

Enterprise at Punta Gorda airport. Great Experience. We arrived for our first visit to PGD at 10: 00 pm on a Saturday night to start a week long vacation. Prior to our flight we worried that the desk would not be open as it seems they are unable to answer a telephone there. But our concerns were unfounded. The staff was ready and waiting for the arrival of our Allegiant flight. They have plenty of cars in their sizable lot and we were in and out with our car in under ten minutes. Please have your drivers license, name of your auto insurance carrier and the confirmation number/letter code of your return flight ready for their staff.
The return at 7am for our 9 am flight was so quick. The wise older gentleman checking in return cars was great. Good job Enterprise for hiring former retirees to work at your shop. They show up on time, are friendly, engaged and very helpful.
With a little organization, you will have a smooth rental with the highly experienced staff at Punta Gorda Airport.

Nice and clean car. Got excellent mileage. Pick up and drop off went smoothly. All employees very friendly and efficient.

We rent from Enterprise at least twice a year. We have never been disappointed by their service, their staff, or their cars.

The whole process was quick and easy since we had done the check-in online. The car was clean and in excellent shape. We were able to drop it off at a different location without problems. Thanks Enterprise!

Customer Service was great at getting us out quickly so we could start our vacation. The gentleman, when we returned the car very early, was also patience and helpful. We had no problems with car, a great drive.

We rented a van for our family of 6 to enjoy a week of fun and relaxation. When picking up the van the customer service representative was quick and very helpful. The van it self was great, clean and ready to go. After our week was up the return process was quick and I had my receipt in my email before I was able to walk out of the parking lot. With good rates and the great experience we had, we will definitely be using Enterprise for our next adventure!

Welcomed by the manager of the Punta Gorda, FL location with a friendly greeting who walked me through the process. Car was clean and smooth return process for an early morning flight!

People who rent cars frequently I'm sure already know this but I was not aware that even though I had paid for the rental with my flight booking that that did not include tax. So when i was charged an extra $105 when i picked up the car that really cut into my budget for the trip.
