I made a reservation through Priceline for a minivan on Nov 26 at 9: 00am. On Wed Nov 24 I received a call from Enterprise asking to confirm my reservation, I did. On the day of my reservation, I received a call from Enterprise telling me they did not have my vehicle available and are waiting for a return. As an option I asked for a full-size SUV, they did not have that either. They told me they would have something by 12 noon and would call me. To this date (Nov 28) I am still waiting for that call. This was a 1-day rental for a family outing that had to be cancelled. Do not waste your time with this location, like the Seinfeld episode they know how to take a reservation, they do not know how to keep it.

I recently had the pleasure of renting from this location. After reviewing the previous comments I have to admit that I was quit worried since I was renting a vehicle during the holidays. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service from here. Everyone I came across with was extremely professional and courteous, especially Jackie. The vehicle was clean and ran without a problem. The wait was a little longer then I normally have had to deal with but it was expected since it was right before the holidays. I would most certainly do business with this location as it was convenient and the service was great.

My insurance company made a reservation for me. I had spoken to a customer representative at this location to inform them that I would be picking it up around 12pm. When I showed up at 11: 45am they said they didn't have any vehicles available that I was more than welcome to stay and wait to see IF someone comes back to return one or I could look at other places. All of this while they have me waiting outside in the sun with no form of transportation to get go to any other location or just simply get back home. With no further assistance from them I was left outside nothing being resolved. I was told the personi s poke with was from the reservation department not this store so it wasn't their problem that they don't have the vehicle I reserved over a week ago. Horrible service I will never come back to this location

I reserved a rental with customer service and they are not on the same page with this location and when I spoke to the manager after i Uber their The manager name Naomi said they Have no vehicle in stock and would not provide me transportation back to my location The manager Naomi has horrible service and would not accommodate me! The customers enterprise made me waste my time and my money and left me in front of the door I had a horrible experience

My mother rented a car today and she found roaches coming out of the AC and in the glove compartment. Disappointed with the service.

Sorry for the superlative, but this one honors it. WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! This location is dragging Enterprise reputation to the sewer. Because of this I will never rent at Enterprise for the rest of my life.

Your company needs to take more action about your customers SMOKING in your vehicles. I’m a nurse who continuously rent through my company for work, and I can’t tell you how many times I was subjected to a smoke filled smelling car. It’s unacceptable, I’m driving sometimes to assignments 3 and sometimes 5 hours away subjected to the strong smell of second hand smoke in your vehicle for the entire time.

They show no concern if they have the vehicle you booked or not, they try to give you what they want and won't even try to compromise on price or offer future upgrades to make up for your inconvenience.

The worst experience ever, location is under staff, they gave me a car with a low tire pressure light on! I’ve canceled the rental, how can a rental car company give you a car with a flat tire? Not only it was with a low pressure light, the car was a mess, don’t go there, that place don’t know what customer service is

Not everyone is seeking your service for leisure or vacation.some customers are here due to a car accident not of their fault and have extenuating circumstances; injuries, property damage, loss of work vehicle, troublesome insurance claim, etc. So having someone wait for almost two hours in the heat- having vehicles available- but wanting to shuttle a vehicle that the insurance company "covers" is a jackpot waiting to happen.

Niece reserved an suv upon arrival they informed her ""we don't have one SUV, take this nissan" late for her travel she took it, after getting to the gas station and filling the tank we noticed the tag from NC was expired since 3/2020 (one whole year expired), the rental office was close, called enterprise's main office Monica very apologetic wrote a note in her reservation asking to exchange it at the airport, she drove 20+ miles to the closest (FFL) there we were informed (by a very unemotional/careless lady) that she could give her "a compact" or go to another place and return it, but **! One day was going to be charge! **mind she got the car for 2 hours only "causing he stress to be driving
on an expired tag risking a ticket) again called the offices Gelbert apologized and gave her the credit and she returned the car, of course the tank she filled on her $33+ was not refunded.

Know this location will not let you take the car out the lot if you do no buy insurance. What i don't understand is that when I called the Headquarters they say insurance is not mandatory. I have rented in many other locations and never had that problem. Even if you show you own insurance card. If you stay with the car a day over they want you to go to to the office "to check" the car. Finally 2 of the managers have a tremendous attitude. They must be under much stress. This used to be my favorite location. I rent cars weeks and weeks at a time. Last time I made a reservation for a pick up truck they didn't have it when I got there. Then I made a reservation for an intermediate vehicle I got what I consider the smallest car I ever rented.

Zero Rating! By far the top worst rental experience all my years of renting a car which has been 20 years. I was advised of being late my reservation and they could on guarantee a 15 minute hold hence the branch had no cars in their fleet due to Thanksgiving holiday. I was advised from someone who showed up an hour prior to my arrival too experienced not leaving with a rental and she arrived on time to pick up hers' which she was advised of being put on a wait list of 9 people. I asked to speak to the branch manager due to the disappointment that the branch Mgr trainee advised and could not believe how unprofessional he was. Nor did he hold any accountability on making this a wasted trip, which I regretted not picking up my rental from the airport because of it. I advised the manager he could have save me the trip if in fact he did not have any cars available, its common sense especially when you have 9p other people waiting for a vehicle and being advised your the 10th one on that list. I was surprised I wasn't called a day ahead to confirm my rental pickup but most importantly enough to be advised first thing in the morning that I would have to be on a wait list to avoid making a trip to the branch due to availability. Despite all of that the Branch Mgr did not hold no accountability nor did he apologize for my inconvenience of using an uber to pay on the way to the branch and heading back. In addition I made sure my contact listed was correct and advised how they ruined my plans today due to me having to wait for a car around 3 which the branch Mgr said if I am within 2 miles they would pick me up. Later that day, I lost track of time but realizing it is 4pm and I have not heard from the branch. I contacted them seeing that they would close soon and was advised there is a rental available and I had 15 minutes to pick it up. I was confused because I told them to pick me up and was advised they could not pick me up despite the situation I explained. So I ordered another uber to head to the branch. I was really disappointed with the experience with this branch and even the company as a whole. Furthermore, the branch Mgr Antonio who stated they were calling their customers which again confused me because I too am a customer, I did not receive a discount nor was advised this rental was going to be given for free. In fact I too am a customer who is expected of good service. I did not appreciate his response nor his integrity and knew my experience from this day did not sit well with me. Hence the reason I felt to explain my experience in detail. I was greatly disappointed as a former enterprise rent a car employee now entrepreneur has personally experienced a poor situation from this branch and hope that the branch Mgr trainee and branch Mgr are addressed by this because the situation could have been dealt with more appropriate. Again I was better off going to the airport but figured picking up a rental locally would have been more convenient oppose to the rental costing me twice the amount as what was listed from the airport and assure I would have got a car sooner.and for sure a pleasant experience and lastly of all I would nor of been charged with a $75 drop of fee.

I am 6'3". I requested and reserved a full size car. They gave me a mid size Kia. When I questioned it, dude says " It's all we got left, besides its the same price. Reminded me of a Seinfeld episode.except this time I wasn't laughing.
