14These guys took care of me on my most recent trip, rented car at counter in LAX, Mousali (I’m messing up spelling here) was great, helpful and super nice. Then had to move my flight to San Diego, I’ve the text support, which was easy to use, Glass and Robert helped me and allowed me to return the car to San Diego airport. Great experience definitely recommend!
Enterprise at this location was just amazing. I had checked in online so it was extremely quick. They just scanned my id and told me to choose the car, it was the fastest service I have ever experience in airport car rental. Unfortunately the car I had gotten was not good. The alignment and the breaks were off. After I left the airport, I brought it back and the manager at the customer service, I wish I had gotten his name, helped us. He gave us a way better car brand new. It was just perfect. Would definitely rent from here again.
Discriminated by the Employees. Charged twice for two car rentals. The porsche was filthy when I got in it. Don't waste your money here.
David was very nice and helpful I did a same day reservation and he got me right in! Helped with bags and had very GOOD customer service! Made my trip much easier and convenient. Blessings to you! 5 stars!
I went thru all the pre-check things so my car would be ready. It wasn’t. The first person from enterprise that we met was beyond rude. He told my wife that he almost fought a dude just like me a couple days ago? !? !? Absolute garbage service in Miami
Not the best experience, they put everything on you. They are impatient and don't listen. So we had to go back up and get money back. No help when picking up the car, only 2 English speakers. It was incredibly confusing. You had to choose a car yourself in a certain zone, but we didn't know that.
Ive had good experience with this company with reliability and quality. Except for puerto Rico

Had an issue with a vehicle recently. Emailed my review to enterprise and immediately received a phone call from representative, Rubert. This gentleman did a very good job of listening to all of my concerns and went above and beyond to make things right and reassure me that Enterprise takes their customer service seriously. Thank you Rubert for coming through on behalf of Enterprise.
Employes call other company outside the airport try to refer me to other cheap company near to the airport, look like they receive commission from small company's, rental car price 550.rental car referred 250 a day.good deal.
Sorry but not all customer is looking cheap service some time, we just look fast and good services.

Process was easy, and streamlined at Miami international airport. Drop-off was also a breeze.
This experience was so unique that I have to share it with everybody who wants to rent a car. It was straightforward and fast. I just got online, created a Plus Account to accumulate points, and made the reservation there. After that, you have the option to SKIP THE COUNTER. This is out of this world; you make the Check-In online, and the only other maneuver you have to make is going there on time to the first floor and show the reservation number to the parking attendant. This person offers you the group of cars you were renting, and you choose one, the same or similar to the rent and drive. This one was the best experience ever renting a car in my life. I would recommend this location and Enterprise Rent-A-Car to everyone! It was fantastic, and the customer service was just from another Universe. Well done guys!
I have a long history of renting cars from enterprise and have never had any issues before. I booked my car the same way I always do, I checked in online, yet still went to the counter. The counter told me I was good to go so I proceeded to go pick up a car. I was escorted to all the cars I could choose from, and thought I was on my way. When I approached the gate, the agent asked me for my paperwork, something I wasn’t given. I was then accused of not having checked in properly and not having a reservation completed. We were at the gate for 45 minutes. My toddler in the backseat needing to go to the bathroom and beginning to cry. The agents had to call other agents, who also accused me of doing everything wrong. Finally an agent who actually knew what they were doing, or it appeared so anyway, came and said “it’s a 2.0, everything is paid for, it’s all done” and let us go. The next day I got an email asking if I had picked up a car and if I had to please send photos of the license plate, vin#, etc. I wrote back saying I was disappointed to be having to read that email as now I was being inconvenienced again. We got a car, we used it and returned it, but I’m
not sure I’ll be using enterprise again in the future.
