Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Miami FL

I had a great experience with the team. Stacy and Mimi assisted me in a professional manner. Although I was slightly out of radius for pick up and drop off, I was taken care of. Everyone has great attitude and customer service. I would rent with them again but under different circumstances.

Horrible service and they never answer the phone. I was waiting for 2 hrs for them to pick up and they never did. I’m calling corporate!

Best enterprise in Miami and the state of Florida! I’ve been renting for almost a year with this branch and have had great interactions with all of the staff and have been especially impressed by the generosity and professionalism of the manager, John.
He has helped me through several car issues
and always leaves me completely satisfied. We need more employees that work as hard as him. Come here to rent and you won’t be disappointed!

I rented the vehicle through geico. In the geico policy Ms. Yaimee Ruiz is also a driver. When I included her in my rental the lady in the enterprise counter at Miami international Airport told me, it won't be no extra charge because Ms. Ruiz is in the geico policy. Enterprise at 36st in Miami charge almost 160.00 dollars for her been a extra driver. I contacted geico they told enterprise shouldn't charged me that money. How I can get my money back?

Maria was very helpful and patient from start to finish. Her customer service is wonderful. Would recommend anyone to go to this location. Just be ready for waiting time.

They are very nice. I made my rental at the Miami office on 36th and 31st. The service and staff is super attentive. I recommend it. They are agile so that everything comes out in a considerable time.
