I wasn't impressed with the services I received while inquiring on cost of rental at Fort Lauderdale Airport.
I flew in on Spirit Airlines that night and the person who was supposed to pick me up left, because my flight arrived on time, "yes". But the plane sat on the tarmac for almost 45 minutes before pulling up to gate in Jet Blue terminal. So both me and my 93 year ole disabled relative were stuck or stranded on airport. After walking endlessly from terminal 3 to terminal 1. Then going on second level and walking more endlessly to find the cross over bridge, I was tired and in pain. I wandered to Enterprise to inquire on rental, for I wanted to see which provided excellent service on short notice.
Well I was told that I had to leave a deposit of $400 and they wouldn't take my AARP card for any savings.

Yes my credit is ok. And still they wanted $400 down to secure vehicle. I could have paid with credit card or debit card, but wasn't asked in my inquiry, which form of payment would I be using. But in actuality, what turned me off about Enterprise Rent-A-Car is that they don't take AARP card.

So, since I have been renting cars thru Budget for over 20 years, I took myself upstairs to Budget, where all my cards are accepted and their customer service, felt my pain, when I told them that both my dad and I was left stranded at the airport.

Maybe 1 day, I too will be able to gave Enterprise an excellent review but the way that I was treated that night, was not how, I, wanted or deserved to being treated.

Hire people who really care about the needs of the people. And not about holding on tightly to that $400.

Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to tell you why, I gave you a "ZERO". No bad feeling to you. I was just being honest.

The withdrawal process was quick, without difficulty. The car was in excellent condition. When it was delivered, everything was expeditious and very well attended to by the representative.

Attendants greeted us and upgraded our rental upon arrival and then greeted and asked about our experience at return.

It was important for me to pick up the car from the airport, rather than a remote location, (I traveled with my granddaughter) ; Not only was this accomplished it was very convenient, the best though was the customer service, from the gentleman at the counter to the young lady we met when we returned the car. To my surprise, not only did I get THE BEST, my total cost was lower than expected. Would I do it again, in a heartbeat, as I also shared my experience with my family. Thank you Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Blessings to all of you!

This location was very nice and friendly and offered us prompt service! Jemimmah was so awesome and helpful. She assisted us with a smile and was very knowledgeable! I will definitely be back for my rental needs.

Was helped at kiosk by agent. Didn’t take long to get rental. Car was clean and in good condition. Return was quick and efficient.

My experience was fantastic. I hot to the counter showed my confirmation number and was directed to where to pick up my reserved vehicle.

The employees and service was top notch. I worked at ERAC for 2 years so I understand the job and commitment to service. The reason I am giving this a three star review is because of the roadside timeliness. We picked up the car on Sunday for a week long trip. When we woke up Monday, one of the tires was flat. I called roadside at 10: 30a and was not into a new car until 4: 30p. So, we lost a whole day because we didn't have access to the vehicle. The roadside assistant told us it will take 30 minutes for a tow and swap out. It took 6 hours. The agent customer service was 5/5, but us losing a whole day because of roadside was unfortunate.

Its good but this last time the windows on outside of car were not cleaned properly. But Travis the manager gave me a free day

Checked in at the kiosk. Software is decent, made the check in process simple. The car was mid sized mitsubishi, car was tired and should not have still been in the fleet. Front bumper clip was broken, part of the bumper coming off, 51,000 miles on the vehicle, lots of scratches on the vehicle. Not a great experience.

There’s a lot to like about enterprise. Competitive pricing, easy process for picking up your rental and drop off is easy too. I like the new process for picking your car now, going down the aisle and selecting from what’s available based on the class rented. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star experience is after returning the car, random charges appearing on my credit card without a breakdown. The first charge I was notified of (tolls), but the second one I was not and so still don’t know what it was for. Can’t be gas because I filled it before I dropped it off and left it with more miles to E than when I got the car but that’s the only thing keeping it from a 5 star experience.

Gary was the agent that took care of me in FLL, this may have been the best Enterprise experience I've ever had, not just him but the 2 guys that helped me find my care and got me to upgrade and the guy when I returned. All good at there job!

The best thing about Enterprise is their customer service! Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. They take the extra step to make sure everything goes smoothly.
