Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Homestead FL

My experience with Jose at the Homestead, Fl.location was great, he was very good at making sure everything worked out for me after returning my rental car.

Wasted my time and gas because they didn’t state that without a credit card, extra verification of address was needed. This is my third time renting from them with the same card and at the same address.

I had a good experience at this Homestead location. The reservation theough my insurance went smoothly. My rental period started on August 29th, and my first car smelled strongly of smoke and one tire had a slow leak, needing inflation after every drive. I returned the car after one day and they exchanged it with no problem. The second vehicle had no problems and drove very well. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. The rates were reasonable through insurance. Thank you to Cristhian for all the help!

Overall experience was excellent, very quick process and staff extremely knowledgeable. The return process was also great!

I missed my opportunity to rate my last experience at this location and I was really sad because it was truly a great one! Particularly Chris! I told him I was in a hurry like emergency and I needed my rental traded really quickly as I had a notary on her way to my house! He assured me the car would be ready. And when I got there he was already bringing the car down for me and I just had to sign the new agreement and I was on my way! Chris is amazing! I’m so sorry I couldn’t leave an official review but I wanted you to know your work did not go unnoticed and I really appreciate it! Keep up the great work!

Everybody in the office were courteous and helpful! Victoria, Hector, and Karen are absolutely amazing and because of this excellent staff, we will be coming back to the Cutler Bay office!

Good experience over all. I booked and picked up my car on the first day this location was open so it was a little hectic. Everyone was still polite, professional and worked as quickly as possible. I would certainly recommend them for your rental car needs.

Not glad at all since I still have been charging by Enterprise in my personal account for several toll charges after more than one month I returned the rented car. I called the customer service they don't have consistent answer. I will decide for a different car rent company next time

Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been my go to car rental company for several years. The location at 29130 S Dixie Hwy, Homestead, FL 33033, has always given always me exceptional customer service. I will miss the convenience of this location and will continue to be a customer once they re-locate even though I will out of the drop off/pick-up zone. Enterprise employees go out of their way to ensure customers are satisfied with their rental vehicles. I am always happy with the variety of vehicles they have to offer.

Rented a car, called them saying car smells of cigarette asked to change car there response was we dont have car only for reservations call back in two day to see if we have.so i have to drive this car because they dont have a car at this time wow thats great customer service definitely wont rent here agai. And i guess ill drive around witha smelly car

I am a testimony that using this means to travel is the best. I recommend it because they offer good service and a fantastic price, but what I liked most is that the consumption charge is for days, not miles. I love this part and on any other trip I don't need look for another option.
