Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Miami FL

I rented a truck from location on 160th & S. Dixie Hwy on Monday and was helped by Daniel Jones. The young man was courteous and very professional in explaining the process to me. He also helped me turn the vehicle back in and again was excellent.

David at the Palmetto Bay branch is professional, helpful and resourceful. Goes out of his way to assist me, usually rent a couple of times a month and usually last minute and David always accomodates me

Super service, very good, the guys at the front desk are great, and the manager Fred Amazing, I recommend it to everyone to go rent your car

Had a great experience at this location. David and Danny were exceptional, although all the staff I met were helpful. After my car needed to get repairs, I went in there without a reservation and they were able to get me a rental quickly and at a reasonable rate. David suggested I get the insurance, which I’m glad I did, because driving in Miami is nerve-wracking! Hopefully my car won’t have more issues anytime soon- but I’m relieved to know this branch is close to the dealership and the staff are so pleasant.

David and Daniel were of great assistance. They took the time to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I was renting and that it was safe and would fit my needs.

I came to rent the car for 1 day on Friday at 4pm.
I told the guy at the desk it would more than likely be a 24 hour rental. But just to charge for the weekend just incase. And if I came back early they wouldn't charge for the rest fo the money. He said as long as you are back by this time tomorrow no problem.
So on saturday I went to return the car at 230 pm and the business was already closed. He didn't inform me that they closed at 1pm on Saturday. He also didn't tell me that I had the option of returning the vehicle to any other enterprise. I came back Monday after work since they were closed Sunday as well. I requested for them to atleats give me a 1 day relief for being toke the wrong information.
He told me he would take off the 32$ gas charge (which I never requested) and even topped off the car with gas before returning.
I requested the manager to call me since he wasn't there. After about a week no manager ever got back so I called the shop. The manager was completely rude asking why I didn't return the car to another shop and if I thought he should give a discount to every client that came in. Even going as far as accusing me just trying to save the place I work at money and hung up on me
Completely unprofessional and will not recommend this business. We usually use enterprise for the company I work for. But this experience was horrible

Super accommodating staff. Really clean and newer vehicle selection. Will definitely go back the next time I need a rental.

I LOVE the experience that enterprise gave to me, My rental went from two weeks to one month but the experience was great,

I hope I never have to rent a car again but if I do it would definitely be from here. David was so nice and helpful even when I was having car troubles, 10/10 give him a raise

I went today to pick up a rental and was helped by David. He did an amazing job and even surprised me by knowing a bit of Spanish. Definitely would recommend this place just because of his customer service. David if you happen to see this I owe you a lemonade

representative David and my Agent Valerie omg they'rethe best but the adjuster name Chris needs a new career, we had a disagreement about the repairs and I said to him I may change insurance companies because of his unprofessionalism and he told to go ahead and it doesn't matter to him I couldn't believe what I was hearing the communication was horrible.this doesn't deserve 3 star's but 4 but because of Chris that's why I rated it like this

The assistance I get from David/Chris is exceptional. I am a frequent renter at the Palmetto Bay Enterprise Rent-A-Car site. I get to know the staff and really appreciate their dedication to detail. I usually rent once a week. When I come to pickup the car, the Enterprise team is ready to assist with a big welcome and smile. I like big cars and the staff knows this. David always lets me know the cars available and my options for an upgrade. The professionalism of the staff and the availability of good cars is a major plus. I always go back to the Palmetto Bay Enterprise Rent-A-Car site for my cars. Kudos to David & Chris.

David is nothing short of amazing.got me in and out in record time, the requested vehicle was in great condition, gassed up and ready to go.zero issues.

I booked an online reservation a few days prior to the date I needed the vehicle and when I showed up at the location on the reserved date I just had to present my drivers license and credit card and within 10 minutes I was in a car and on my way. Awesome service!

I need to wait almost 1 hour for a car that was supposed to be ready at 8: 00 am, the car was not clean (if I want it clean in I’ll need to wait longer) the cigarette lighter not working.
