One of the easiest experiences. Their vehicles are nice and friendly staff made it painless.

The process was easy and pricing was good. I liked that I was given options of vehicles to select from. Drop off was very easy. Vehicles was relatively newer and had adapters for my iphone to pull in and use my spotify and navigation from my phone. Overall great experience.

Customer Service Is Excellent! From Checking In To Picking Up Your Car. Everyone Always So Friendly!

Check in process very slow. We were told to use the kiosk to check in. We were number 2 in line and willing to wait. We started the process which would not allow us to add additional driver. Also, the desk attendant had to come over twice to help us. Frustrating. However, checkout attendants were very nice and efficient as usual. I only rent from Enterprise and would like to continue but you have got to do better on check ins for plus members.

Great in and out service. In town for a weekend trip and the vehicle was perfect for what we needed.

Overall have had great experiences in the past with Enterprise. I rent quite often. However during my recent interaction, trying to reach someone to extend my reservation was very frustrating. I waited for ever on the phone to connect, then when I did connect I was either dropped or the representatives gave me different answers regarding extending and the pricing associated. Very annoying.

This was a great experience. I had book ahead and there was a crowd waiting at all the other car rental counters and I not only walked thru but I was upgraded because the car I reserved wasn't available thru enterprise's guarantee.

Easy to use app made pick up and drop off super convenient. Clean car and competitive rates. Will use Enterprise for all my rentals.

I have never had so many issues trying to rent a car from this place. Please don't rent from here if you don't know what your doing. They don't want to help. Some of the attendees are very rude. Worst experience of customer service. Ruined my trip, all the relaxing I had acquired from my trip was ruined bye a 4 hour wait from these guys. Thier policy's needs some adjustments. As well as the way you treat people who are underdressed. May I say I wated 4 hours because of the inconvenience of thier policy's. No accommodations for the inconvenience. No discount. Absolutely absurd. ZERO star.

Car was dirty, the A/C made noises and upon return, they cannot close out my ticket. Made me call the original office to request my ticket be closed out. I left, not knowing if I was going to get my deposit back or what was going to happen.

Unlike prior rentals with Enterprise, this car was much older with almost 60,000 miles. It had considerable paint damage on the exterior, damage on the interior (extruding insulation on a side panel) and badly needed a rear suspension repair. Very disappointing as we have never had a problem with Enterprise before.

Easy and convenient. I use the app to rent vehicles. It’s easy to understand and navigate. The staff is terrific and the vehicles are top notch. The only gripe I have is they never clean the inside of the windshield.
