13Good and fast very helpful very respectful but have to work on the putting gas for customers
This summer I reserved a pick up truck a week in advance and when I arrived the only vehicles they had to offer were a mini van and a compact car. After waiting almost an hour they gave me a medium suv and I did not want to wait longer for them to try to acquire a pick up truck. The vehicle I did receive did not have a full tank of gas and was not cleaned inside properly. This is a very convenient location for me but I will not rent with this branch again.
I rented the car but there were things wrong with the service, how to return the fund that I had left, they did it to another card that was not the one that was paid

I highly recommend this location if you need a rental. Car was super clean when given to me. Service is A1! Andres and Aaron were a big help. And shoutout to Jo! She was very helpful, patient, and understanding when my rental car was towed. Would rent from this location again!
Great customer service from Aaron Murell! The Rental Mgr. Got me a great loaner from the shop and was very courteous and explained everything to me very well! A+
They are not very professional and they do not help or give information and they try hard to finish with the conversation and hang up. I’ve been on top of these people first for a payment that show double on my account and then now for my deposit that I have not yet received from the 25 of April and all they tell me is it was send back they don’t check or tell me at least how long does it takes. Extremely frustrating to deal with them.
Had to rent a car from there and it was a good overall experience. Andres (I believe that’s his name) got me the car I needed and got me out of there quickly. Then Aaron took care of me on my drop off. There were like 4 - 5 customers he had to assist concurrently and he handled everyone flawlessly while getting me out of there in a timely manner. Those guys are some pros and handle their business with good customer service because I can imagine how hectic an enterprise close to the airport can be. Jo also helped me in getting my deposit back so shoutout to her. Thanks enterprise.
Why is this place even a rental option. Their parking lot can only hold four cars. Not joking. And their options are minivan or Chevy spark.

Rented a car here after an accident. We received a ticket because the tags were expired. Returning the car we were told that was not our liability and we would have to do nothing. Months later we have received letters and calls from Miami Dade to collect, Enterprise charged us for the ticket and we had to call to get it reversed. Now we received a collection letter from a lawyer. Every time Enterprise apologized and said they would handle it. Doesn't feel handled as I have to make early morning calls to a lawyer threatening us with lawsuits.
