Big fat waste of time.
Reserved a car in advance, even called ahead to make sure the car was ready (he lied that it was). Go to pick it up - the car wasn't there. Another car was there but it needed an oil change (vacant oil change pit right there).
Moronic clerk ignored us for an hour. Finally wound up driving all the way to Gainesville after he threw us out.

Enterprise should be ashamed of this location. The customer service is abhorrent.

The guy here is a complete lair. Tells me they charge a $300 hold and charge the weekly rate when you return the car. Go through the effort driving to the location and signing everything, checking the car over just to have the card declined because he tried charging me the full amount up front for $700. I told him specifically wanted to use debit but he only allowed the credit card for the $300 hold and I could pay the remaining balance on my debit when I return the car. Now its 4pm and they are closed and I'm without the transportation I needed because he flat out lied several times about what he was charging me on my credit card. DON'T trust this place, liars are always going to lie. He flat out ignored me after I called him out on it.

The gentleman in the chiefland area was very pleasant and the renting of the car was very smooth and fast such nice person I recommend it 100%

I had to replace a windshield wiper in Mississippi and forgot to tell them when I returned the truck. So that was $18 I lost because I forgot to let them know.
