No 7 pass vehicles available on line. Check your web site. You can't choose a 7 passenger in Daytona on the Enterprise site. You can on Alamo which is why I rented there instead of Enterprise. You can't or Hertz either by the way.

1 month ago we booked a rental. Showed up today and NO CARS. No warning, no email, nothing.
Last time we will use Enterprise!

Charlie the "assistant manager" decided a rental breakdown down the street was too much for him. When I asked to be picked up he said go scratch and hung up on my wife. Would not answer our calls. We got there 10 minutes before close after baking in a car for 2 hours and the gate was shut and lights were off. We had to be picked up from Enterprise. A situation that started at 1: 30 lasted until 8 because of laziness and apathy and roadside being cheap. This is rental number 6. I have never seen such back to back lemons in my life. Enterprise as a whole can go scratch.

Charlie the assistant manager hung up the phone on me while I was in the middle of a sentence then refused to answer the phone again when I called. Incredibly upset with the childishness of this "assistant manager" and would love for the real manager to reach out to me so we can discuss the attitude of their "assistant manager".

Had reservation for a week. Slow, car not ready. Went out to "check on car" but busy vaping. Line out door no sense of urgency. Wasted an hour. Worst service of any enterprise and probably any rental agency. The other agent was going twice as fast and nicer

Called multiple days in a row for several hours to try modifying my reservation and was unable to get someone on the phone. Call center created a ticket for them to call me, they never did.
Returned the vehicle, headed to a new Enterprise to pick up another rental. The associate at the Daytona enterprise closed the office before closing my ticket so I was unable to pick up my new rental from the new location. Now I have no vehicle.

I had a rental car with Enterprise for 30 days, under an insurance claim due to my vehicle being involved in an accident.

I waited two days to receive a vehicle. I called often to get put in a vehicle, which was a difficult process because they rarely answer their phones.

Once in the vehicle I noticed it had black ants & the oil level was on 8%. Initially I only planned on having the vehicle for a week or so, so I didn't worry about it. Two days after having the vehicle the check engine light came on. I was going to take it back, but they told me they had no vehicles. The next day or so the check engine light went off. This did this 3 times while having the vehicle - which I reported. Each time I was told they have no switch outs available, anywhere.

On Thurs 9/29/2022 the vehicles AC went out. We did have hurricane Ian who hit our area, so I understood the offices not being open or available. Come that Monday after things settled down I called everyday, all day with no luck of reaching anyone. On 10/3/2022 I finally had enough of riding around in the hot vehicle that I drove to the location, where I was basically told sorry we cant do anything about it. I was told to go to Firestone for the repair, who unfortunately told me they did not have the newer equipment to check and or charge the AC in this vehicle. Jon Hall said they could, but would not be able to accept the vehicle from me, because I am not employed by Enterprise. They would only accept it from them & I should call Enterprise for a replacement.
Due to the hurricane my personal vehicle was delayed being repaired. I continued calling and asking for a switch out and was repeatedly told no. I asked if there was a possibility I could return the vehicle without refilling the gas as some level of compensation for my inconvenience, I was told I needed to contact the manager Mary as the Mason location. I called their location several times, and was told she was busy, out of the office, and she'd call me back. Never heard from her. When I finally got word that my car was finished with repair I took the vehicle back to Enterprise where I was met by disgruntled customers like myself. Many complaining of the lack of customer service & ability to speak to anyone without having to physically drive down to their office.

I understand we had a hurricane, something out of our control, but the issues started before that even happened and even then getting assistance was damn near impossible. I 10/10 dont ever want to rent from Enterprise again. Their hold music for their phone is quite the opposite of how these locations are run. High disappointed in the lack of customer service provided. If I could give zero starts I would.
