Don’t worry about making reservations, they don’t honor them. Also the blonde woman manager has attitude and Adam is suspect with confidential info

Great guys, great fleet of cars – huge variety from pickup truck – both full and midsize – to muscle cars and a regular sedan. Jason and his team are doing a phenomenal job at keeping this place running smooth, fast, efficient and keeping cars clean and available. Been renting from them for the last 3 months and made almost 10 rentals within this period. Very happy, zero issues!

Reserved a van on line went the next day and was told it was not safe to rent at this time. Asked for a suv and was told to pay the amount that was emailed to plus a $300 deposit after waiting 2hours. Horrible experience and waste of time. Don’t go there!

Horrible place of business. Do not rent here. If you need a swap out due to a car having difficulty no fault of your own you will be banned from renting and no one ever tells you until year and half later. I needed swap out because their car tire blew due to previous driver which management was aware, first car they gave me reaked like smoke and I do not smoke, and the third swap out was due to my dad who battled Cancer could not get in and out because the car was a bolt not a midsize which was swapped at the airport not even at this location but because their cars had issues now I am banned from renting and did not know until year and half later. I never got a scratch on a car, ding, car I returned always had gas, 25 plus years renting with Enterprise and because of their bad cars in the experience of April/May over year ago, Mike who is branch manager was very rude and would not rent and I asked about another location. Mike said, “i am a liability” and not sure how when they did not service the carsStay away and rent elsewhere!

Extremely helpful! I was put into a car I was comfortable in. Time was spent to make sure I understood all the workings of the car.

Recently rented a vehicle and was very impressed. The service was so much better than my last rental experience from a competitor. Reggie picked me up on time and was very pleasant. Logan provided me with a vehicle at the branch and was also very personable. Gave me a quick overview of the vehicle and I was on my way in minutes. The vehicle was very clean and in good condition. They even called the next day to check in and make sure I was satisfied. Great experience that exceeded my expectations.

Worst service, inhuman, and not somewhere you should ever rent a car. I would not go here if you want to be treated with care. If you are having issues or stress and just got into a wreck and are a little loud you will be tossed out.

Jason is very good at his job and excels at understanding customers needs. He went the extra mile to make sure our rental was perfect for us, he was also very communicative during the process. We had a great experience with enterprise because of Jason’s ability to exceed at customer service

I don’t even want to give this place a review.terrible customer service and tried to blame me for not returning a car in the time being! The management, customer service, and all around service was terrible.i hate this place and WILL NEVER COME BACK to an enterprise.their manager should lose his job with how he spoke to me.

U have to go online to make. A reservation and they people if u stop in are rude. Dont rent in Sarasota the people are just mean and rude
