Great! Easy. We needed a dual cab. Received a Dodge Ram 1500. It rode really nice. Great pickup speed even hauling the equipment we had. The service was clear and concise. Clean truck with beedliner. I needed a booster seat.but other than that I absolutely. Return was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend it. They are not open on weekends, so Friday pick up will be a 3 day rental, just so you know. They open at 7: 30 am. Thanks, Enterprise.
I was taking my lease truck in for a scheduled oil change. Quick, professional service.
I made a reservation online for a pickup truck. I confirmed with a phone call. I drove an hour to their location just to be told I needed a major credit card to rent and not just my bank card (s). They told me I could go back an hour away to grab a credit card. This experience cost me thousands of dollars because I had to delay picking up items and losing out on a few things that I was picking up. I will never use Enterprise truck or car rental based on this horrible experience! I did everything that all of the fine print states online and even the person on the phone never mentioned this. They didn't care at all.
