I had a great experience with entrusted. They helped us from the moment we discovered a leaking pipe until reconstruction. They helped us every step of the way including filing a homeowners insurance claim.

They were also incredibly flexible and worked around our very busy schedules. I would highly recommend using them if you help navigating homeowners insurance claims from the moment you discover the cause of loss.

I am very very happy with the work. Joey was an awesome project manager and David O did top notch work. Definitely worth the value for money. I am very very pleased with the final result.

What a lifesaver this company was. Very prompt and responsive emergency staff. Everyone was terrific and I thought they did a great job. This was a big process and I was so glad to have Joey helping me out walking me through the details and making sure my questions were answered, and I was satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend to others.

We had a great experience with Entrusted. Our project manager John Adams was always in contact with us regarding next step in the project, and he was responsive to our questions and concerns. Pablo, the foreman of construction crew was the best. He was at the site everyday with his crew, all of who were very professional. They put up plastic sheeting to keep dust out of areas not effected by water damage. Pablo went above and beyond and even helped put back on walls heavy mirror and large painting too heavy for my husband and I. All areas of concern after finish of project were addressed within two days and fixed until we were 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.

Cameron has been keeping up to date with everything that has been going on. He is also trying to get answers & information from Citizen’s Ibsurance Co who have NOT been very cooperative!

David is a professional compassionate project manager who efficiently dried out our house after a significant flood; all the while demonstrating empathy towards and support of the owner’s anxiety in dealing with an unexpected costly event.

The team of men that were sent to my home did a wonderful job cleaning the water damage from my master bedroom.they answered all my questions, help me with my claim and presented themselves as professionals. Thanks to Chris, Conner, James, Jordan and John Paul. You made a very bad situation must better.

We had some unexpected water damage. We called and that late night and they asked, if we needed someone immediately. When I said no, they wee out to my house, they next morning.

I was very lucky to get James S as my project director. He listened carefully at our first meeting and made many helpful suggestions. I had a chance to select cabinetry and carpet to make for a beautiful reconstruction. He was very aware of the costs and really worked to give me something special within that framework. I am glad I chose Entrusted to coordinate and manage the reconstruction of my condo. There were helpful people all along the way.

So many people helped us along the way, Connor Toth, Chris Mitchell, Judah Hendershot, there may have been more. Our Project Manager was Tommy Spear. We felt at times that we were their only customer.
We got connected to Entrusted after Hurricane Ian. They came to give us an estimate for our insurance claim. They gave us a quote that was very detailed, and they explained everything that was on the quote that we had questions about.
We submitted the estimate but then our insurance company went into receivership and we then had to wait on the state to finish the claim. After many months and bureaucratic red tape - during which time Judah kept in contact with us to see how the claim was going - we got our claim from the state, but it was not nearly enough to cover what we asked for.
We called Entrusted and they came back with a team to go over what we could cut from the initial work. They did not try to strong arm us, they worked with us every step of the way.
When the work started, Tommy showed up with the crew to go over what was expected. He then said he would see us the next day - we asked why since the work would not be done yet. "I try to be at every site every day to check on progress and make sure you are satisfied"? !? ! What? Real customer service?
The work crew was very professional, took care to protect the interior of our home, and did amazing work. Our bathroom, which had a 15 sq ft hole in the ceiling and holes in the wall, looks like nothing was damaged and looks exactly like it did on Sept 28,2022 (the day before Hurricane Ian). They worked fast and did outstanding work. Our TV room looks amazing as well, it looks BETTER than it did before the hurricane!
Tommy showed up every day, then came back for the final inspection and made sure we were happy with the job that was done.
I cannot recommend Entrusted enough (and Tommy if you can get him) if you need reconstruction services. They are a professional organization that will work with you to ensure your home is repaired properly, from the minute you call them until the job is finished.
Thank you Entrusted, you were the best part of the whole hurricane damage claim experience.

Albert and his crew were very curious polite clean most of all friendly. If I ever have an issue again (hopefully not) I would hope that I have Albert and his crew again.

Excellent quality and customer service. Made the process “almost” painless in that they knew exactly what needed to get done when filing a claim and the kept me informed each step of the way. Sam Sims deserves big props.

James went above and beyond. Once we finally received the insurance settlement, James worked his magic and had his crew on site without delay. I was back in my home within two weeks. Thanks James.

This is a difficult survey for me to answer correctly because I was never on the site when Entrusted provided their services. From talk to onsite people I use for home care, it sounds like the biggest concern was the number of different people there, apparently a changing flow. Everything appears to have been done in a timely fashion with the exception of one room, the library, where Entrusted took too long, causing concern and aggravation, in taking very conservative advice from my own painter in order to 'save' the built in furniture in that room from being torn out and certainly damaged in doing so. Although we lost about four days in giving his plan a chance, it appears that no damage was done, but it was a testy time for all.
