Very professional. This is my first shipment. It is still within the deadline to be received in Cuba.

This agency is stuck with the bad customs of Cuba, they don't have a word, they use your time and your money whatever they want, I sent a package since May and last Tuesday, that is, 4 months later it was too much My relative in Cuba had to go look for it, something that they never told me would be like that, the deal was to deliver it to the door of the house, but nooo, my family had to look for it under the tremendous sun without even having to pick up a package of some how many pounds. I do not recommend it because otherwise when these things happen the owners or managers never face you with the apologies that we deserve and those who receive the calls very calmly tell you “wait more, there is a fuel problem in Cuba” but when I went to Send it, no one told me that, keep looking, there are better agencies with better scores. IT'S NOOOOO

Very friendly and helpful personnel, I have no issues with this Company as I do respect every customers reviews but that is NOT my situation. I have had a Great Experience and my items are always delivered within the same week. That's why I keep trusting this Company. Thanks

Terrible agency, more than a month ago I sent a package to my family, and they told me that they had already sent it, that the package was in the Cuban mail and everything is a lie. My package has not been known for more than a month, they give me the same answer over and over again, lousy attention, it is unfair how they play with customers, our money and time. Scammers.

The worst shipping agency, we made a shipment 30 working days ago as they got tired of repeating it and not only does it not appear but they have mistreated us by phone as if we were undesirable bothering and not customers (we will become ex-customers) at least They told my wife that's like that, literally, "KEEP WAITING IN THE LINE AND SUFFER YOU HEAR" when I called they denied that they had said that, they called us a liar and even the shipment neither arrives nor appears. I repeat, it is the worst agency, they consider that they make us A favor and they mistreat us as much as they want. I just hope they don't miss out on the happy package of medicines. Look for another agency where they respect us

One of the worst agencies I sent some packages in December and it's been a few days since I arrived but apart from that it didn't arrive complete, they took a lot of things from me and to justify it they put nail paint on me that I never sent, what a lack of respect on my part I don't send more for this agency. According to what they tell me that what I said is a lie, are you liars or do you want them to send you the invoice with what arrived?

It's out of place or it's moving, you don't know whether to recharge or not, and when you call me, it's temporarily closed, I don't tell you, they looked dehuvicated, out of business.

They took a load of Humanitarian Aid to help Cuba’s fight against COVID, worth over $10,000 and never deliver it. Aparicio the owner of the company stopped answering calls and message to the office staff did not help. The group of donors are looking into a law suit against this company. STAY AWAY.
