I called in to place an order from a schematic.confirmed part number with the gentleman on the phone (600342779). This was not one of their part numbers.yet they were able to convert it somehow. They didn't tell me about this supersession.when I received the part it had a part number (385311836) written on the bag. This oring is 1" smaller than what I needed. Now they would like to make me responsible for shipping the same wrong part TWICE (after complaining on the phone) because they converted the number wrong. They will not refund me my money only for the cheap orings after I send them back and pay more in shipping than the part is worth. Total scam I wouldn't do business with them if givin the chance again.

I'd give them 10 Stars if possible. I walked in and a gentleman by the name of Celso helped me immediately. I showed him the model number of the Dometic Vacuflush system and asked for the duckbill valves, I then asked him for what ever else I needed to replace while I have the unit apart.
