Important maintenance
This was a horrible experience. They quickly secured me with a new air conditioning unit which was great, and then it all went down hill from there. The install was incomplete and unprofessional. The became very disrespectful as time went on. They knew I needed to pull a permit and receive an inspection, yet they didn’t even complete the install properly. I had to reach out to them for 8 months over and over to complete the job in time for the inspection. They wouldn’t call, wouldn’t show, wouldn’t take responsibility for any of their deplorable actions, disrespect, and shoddy work. Hence, our Inspection failed immediately. So not only are we out the money we had to pay for the inspection, but now we have to pay another company to complete the job, reapply, reapply and repay for another inspection.
I spoke to the owner re issues with my ac. He seemed to understand and told me he could not schedule until the next friday [9 days away]. I submitted the request as he suggested through his website, and then. Nothing. 9 days later I called twice and then sent an email message. Nothing. Ghosted.
They didn't answer the phone and when they finally did, the owner came and gave me an estimate. He scheduled my job for 2 days later. Then he didn't show up, didn't call and then called almost 2 weeks later to schedule my job. Luckily, I had already gotten the job done by a nice, professional young man.
