Billing office recording says they close at 5 and at 2: 30 they say the Billing office is closed now call back at regular hours. Called another number for them and got a busy signal for 30 minutes. Terrible.

I got a bill and called willing to pay but since I lost one of my jobs my income went down to 45%. Representative THERESA answered the call and refused to help stating that I have to pay no matter what. I told her to please at least deduct $50.00 or $70.00 out of my bill and refused. I asked if I can talk to the office manager and she said "no, I cannot transfer you because she is not here yet". I said "I will go to Plantation and find someone to talk to" she said "you can't because we are all working from home". Based on this: Theresa refused to assist me and didn't let me talk to the office manager and lied to me since first she said the manager is not HERE then she said we are working from HOME. What is all this aobut? They don't want to give a hand to help patients to pay the bill? My insurance paid $1,437.42 and I just asked for a little discount on MY BALANCE of maybe $50.00 or $70.00?

I received notice of a collection on my credit report. I did have the information needed to prove it was previously handled through a program at the hospital. Debbie R.received and answered my email inquiry and even check and found additional inaccuracies and promptly took care of it. She was friendly, knowledgably and professional. Thank you for assisting me in clearing up this mess.

Predatory billing with the sole intent of charging as much as they can. No bill has ever been presented to us, only a demand for payment. Cesar Reynoso earned his place in the hall of shame with his disrespectful demeanor.

This company will be reported for their insurance fraud which overcharged us

Giving my rating based on the service I received from a rep named JAQUELINE. Honestly how did she even get hired. She makes this company look really bad! She was yelling at me on the phone and when I asked her to please let me speak so she can understand she told me no you’re not speaking. Like I have never been treated so poorly by someone. I told her I wasn’t going to put up with how she is speaking to me to please transfer me to a different rep so I can get my problem fixed and she hung up on me so then I had to call back and wait another 20 minutes to get a hold of someone. During a tough time like now you should really teach you employees about how to communicate and how to treat people with respect. Disgusted!

Appalling customer service on second phone call. We were lied to about the cost of a service and they refuse to stand by the original quote Of max $800.00 & sent a bill for 2600.00. Spoke with a very kind customer service rep the first phone call who was willing to help and guide me through a process to help. Although the cost was still way over the original quote. Second call was of no help and even tried to tell me that I was not eligible for the price the first customer service rep agreed upon. I would not suggest working with a company that over charges & will not stand by original word. Very disappointed all around. Thank you for making an emergency situation even harder.

Best patient experience ever. As well as customer service reps. They’re very helpful and willing to resolve any concerns!

Worst company ever, spoke to a representative her name is Valerie, she was very rude, refuse to transfer me to a supervisor, and hung up on me. I have never been treated like this in my life by a customer service staff. I am surprised and disappointing that a company like Envision Physicians would let their staff disrespect any one that calls their office, specially when that person has been respectful and cordial to them.
