Envy Nail Spa reviews
16Went there while waiting to go to a doctor's appt and stopped in to get my nails done to burn some time. Had an excellent experience! They did a great job and didn't tear my cuticles up! Would definitely come back
Tai is the best! I’ve been having him do my nails every two weeks for the past several years. I won’t let anyone else do my manis, that’s how much I love Tai. He’s also super funny and getting my nails done isn’t boring, as I’ve had some techs in the past that’s don’t talk at all. Highly recommend this salon ️
Took my daughter for her 10th birthday. The best part is flat everyone was super friendly and the inside is beautiful.
Tai and Sophie are the best I’ve been coming here monthly for the last 2 years. I won’t go anywhere else! I always get compliments.
I went for a pedicure a few days ago and the tech seemed distracted and got aggressive with the nail file. She cut me in more than one spot. When she used the acetone to get the extra nail polish off, it hurt so bad! Now my toes are sore days after my pedicure.
Everything else about this place was wonderful. She really took the time to do the cuticles and apply the polish just right.
I went in and Kim did my nails. I tried to describe to her what I wanted, showing her pics, and she said that she didn’t have time. She rushed through my fill, got angry when I told her that I needed one replaced. She literally started telling me that she had another appt coming in, and she wasn’t going to let me mess that up for her. Anytime I opened my mouth to say anything she told me to be quiet and to stop talking. She said she knew what she was doing and she has been doing it for 26 years. The next appt showed up and she said, “See, now look. I told you. ” Like I just ruined her appt with them. She started rushing even more. I didn’t even have time to really look at them. I paid- and of course I still tipped bc I’m not a bad person- she charged me $50 for the fill, and I left her $15 more for tip. Then, I get out to my car and I just kept thinking they looked soooo bad. I called an hour later, and she called me crazy and hung up on me! I tried to call the next day, and pleaded with her to fix them, and she said more mean things, and hung up on me again! NEVER IN MY LIFE have I ever been treated so poorly by someone like this! I was in tears, and helpless as to what to even do! Look how terrible they look! Bad Business.
I’ve been going to Envy for 2+ years now and I ALWAYS go to Kim (same name so it was meant to be) she is always amazing to talk to, does amazing work, and to top it all of timely! No matter what she will always make time for me and make all of my nail designs happen. If I could give her ten stars, then I would.
I’ve been frequenting this establishment for about 3 years. I went in yesterday and the owner and Kim were extremely rude. I asked for
A full set when I walked in and a pedi. 3 hours later when I set in Kim’s chair she tried to give me a fill in
And outright refused to do a full set. Noting “it will be faster and I can’t get the shape you want”. Well I should’ve been told that when I first requested it. They began to angrily speak in Vietnamese and speaking to me
Condescendingly. Do NOT visit. There a re better nail techs and businesses with great customer service across the street and across the plaza.
Place was horrible they took forever to try and help me they just kept going around that knowing what to do with me knowing that I had an appointment and it was all a disaster another customer came in and they helped her first when I was already there with my appointment it was just her while I do not recommend this place at all
Great experience. Visiting from out of town for a wedding and this place came to the rescue. My daughter and I had pedicures and manicures Clean friendly and great price. I would recommend and if I lived in the area this would be my new nail salon
Quick and provided exactly what I wanted! My nails feel so much better than before and look great.
Went in for a pedicure and it was very nice. Not many people in the joint when I was there but it was clean and a nice experience. I'll go back.
I wish I could give 0 stars we came from Ohio on vacation waited 45 min no response from anyone waited in the massage chair it would have been OK if they would have least started the water for us
I have been going to this place for years and have been getting my nails done by Ty for over 15 years. He has exceptional talent and always done an amazing job. I would highly recommend Ty to anyone who wants to be fully satisfied with their nails.
I had a fantastic experience until they started getting busy. Then my nail tech rushed through my SNS and missed some steps. Here's the thing. I'm a paying customer so I expect to be treated as such. I expect to receive the courteous and efficient service that I am paying (and TIPPING) for. Customer service will make or break my return to an establishment. And, unfortunately, I won't be back. There was no hand washing in my dip process, which is nuts considering how much powder gets everywhere. No hot towels for my hands. No massage with lotion. No double check to clean up areas of the skin that got dip on it. I walked out of there with gritty, dry hands and what looks like an unfinished job. It's too bad because my lady was so nice and attentive.until the moment she saw an opportunity for more customers.
I am new to the area & was hoping to find a replacement for the wonderful nail spa I left behind where I got a great massage & beautiful pedi. I specifically asked for Kim based on reviews, but was disappointed. As far as trimming & painting, she did a great job. I paid for a softening pedicure and have had much better elsewhere without paying extra, little callus was removed or smoothed, even asking her to remove some more. Massage was short, rushed, & painful. She massaged bone, applied way too much pressure repeatedly to the front of my shins, and totally ignored my calves. The service was not worth $40.
